Response to my order took entirely too long. They keep putting you off. Prices are double that of other sources. When I finally got the product, it wasn't exactly what I ordered, per their advertisement. No response as to how I might return/exchange/or get my money back. They ought to have their business license revoked.

I ordered the Dinosaur Transportation Excavator in September 2023 for my grandson Christmas gift which was never received. I emailed the company and they stated it went to the wrong address and would send out another one. Again, this one has not been received. I am demanding my money back and I will never order from here again. I hope they refund me!

I am writing this review to make the public aware that this is the worst company ever. I ordered 2 Christmas toys from them in November 2023 and never received the order. In December they told me that they have shipping issues and canceled my order and they are refunding me for the order that I have never received and to date have not received my refund. I don't believe I will ever see my refund and this company should be sent to the Better Business Bureau.

They are a scammer. I purchased a 60 inch horse pillow from them (november 10th 2023) & the site says that is ships in three days. After 15 days my order was not fulfilled yet. After a week of arguing with them, they say the currier has the package (coming from china now). After about 5 more days, i got a tracking number. The usps still says it's waiting for the package (Dec 18 2023).

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site ever! Plenty of real reviews on other sites to show these people are scammers.

I ordered earrings for the holiday party and I thought they may not have arrived on time as I was reaching out to customer service if it was still possible and they said still possible. Thank you for being responsive.

I ordered a moon lamp that came 25 days. The downside is you need to keep reaching out to customer service to get an update since it takes long than normal delivery of order because this is my third time ordering lamps from them!

This shop is a gem! Despite the anticipation, their product delivered beyond my expectations. The wait was entirely worth it, and I enthusiastically recommend this shop to all. A delightful shopping experience with top-notch service and outstanding products.

I purchased the Skeleton Lamp, on November 27,2022, which I received December 19,2022. When it was assembled, I realized that it was not the same lamp that was advertised on the Bestgiftshoppers.com, website. It was a cheap knock-off, that had a bent lamp post and would not even light up. It was packed in an old dirty box stuffed with dried out, rotten styrofoam. I notified Bestgiftshoppers.com., that the lamp, I received, was not the same lamp that was advertised and that it was bent and broken, with picture evidence, on January 17,2023. I was advised that my request was denied because the 30 day warranty had expired. However, I had 2 days remaining on the 30 day warranty. Their position is that the warranty starts at the date of purchase. Which would have only allowed me 8 days left on a 30 day warranty, due to shipping time. Buyers beware……
