Hire anyone else. Guys were careless letting wardrobe doors swing and bang into other furniture. Damaged my way with huge chunk of plaster taken off. Notified them immediately. Removalist himself apologized and said "company would sort it". Chased company management for 2 days before getting a response which was "read the fine print, we don't take responsibility for damage". Refuse to send plasterer to fix the wall. Would never use them again nor recommend them.

The removalists were booked for a midday spot but didn't arrive until nearly 5pm despite being told that I needed to be out of the property before 5pm. There was very little communication from the company and what I did find out from them, required me to call multiple times. We ended up carrying a lot of the furniture down ourselves as we were in a hurry due to the delayed arrival. Then when it came to payment, extra charges were attempted to be added despite the quote I was emailed prior to the job. All in all, I wouldn't recommend.
