Process took way too long. Excessive emails. Confusing and duplicate emails about same issue. Confusion around art approval. Sign is great, but the process of getting it took way too long, required far too many emails, emails were not specific and often confusing. Energy dealing with all the emails was excessive and far outweighed the value of the banner.

The "designers" greatly delayed the production of my order by setting my order to the side while they awaited my "approval" of their design changes—even though I SPECIFICALLY rejected having "design review."
I called customer service on Mar 21st, asking where my order was and was informed of this delay. The customer service rep, "Paula Smith" reclassified my order was "approved" and assured me my order would fo into production and ship, and that I would receive my order by Mar 27th. My order THEN went back into design review and was delayed for two more days. I sent a nasty email to Best of Signs telling them to stop the delays and produce my products and ship them. Today is March 29th, and I still haven't received my products, which I MUST HAVE by April 3rd. It won't happen. I will return all of these products for a full refund whenever they finally show up.
WORST. COMPANY. EVER.
Also, Best Of Signs are in India, and their customer service reps are promising order delivery in a very unrealistic timeframe (like promising me my order will be delivered from India to the US in 6 days when it hasn't even been created yet), which then ONLY causes customer dissatisfaction.

Hi, when I was designing my banner, I had selected to make a custom one on your site. I got it all designed and it looked great - but then I realized that I had selected the wrong material. I wanted it to be mesh rather than canvas. I saved my design and selected a mesh banner instead. I then hoped to just click on my saved designs and upload the saved design to the mesh banner - only it wouldn't let me. The design I had saved was forever locked onto the canvas banner and I couldn't change it.
In the future, it would be fantastic if you could make it so any design I save could be applied to any kind of banner with one click.
I ended up having to go to the mesh banner, and redesign all of my artwork a second time. This was very time consuming and frustrating.
