The banner is great and I am very happy with it. I do not like the sticky squares that were put on it, along with holes running through them. I need something more like velcro so I can stick it onto the side of my fridge which is black. Will buy velcro myself.

There was an issue with my magnets and they didn't contact me for changes- and then blew past the expedited arrival date and still didn't contact me

The bubble free is not bubble free I've used to before and it came out fine this time since the decal was damaged during shipping it was stretched out on the bottom so when we try to adhere to the window it did not want to form correctly we hit it with his heat gun try to shrink it back down did the best we could but there's so many bubbles in it it's just terrible. If you can use the perforated ones they're fine just don't stretch them out when you're putting them on or you'll have troubles.

I had ordered a table runner in 2023 and, after I used it a few times, it got lost. I needed to order the exact same item again but I no longer had access to the artwork, so I called customer service to see if Best of Signs would be able to print using the existing artwork on file. The rep assured me that it would be possible and walked me through the ordering process, and I received a confirmation about my order. I never received the item, and it was Wednesday and I needed it for Friday, so I tried to cancel the order. Best of Signs really did not want me to cancel the order, so they went through quite a bit of extra work to communicate with the production team to make sure they had the artwork, update my delivery address, and stay in communication with me about the item. So I ultimately received what I ordered on time and was pleased. Overall positive outcome, but was somewhat inconvenienced by the initial error.

My order date was on Oct 1st, they shipped on Oct 5th with an estimated delivery date of Oct 15th. As of today, Oct 22nd, I still have not received my purchase! Apparently, the package is waiting on international clearance which I was not aware of. I reached out to Best of Signs customer service on Oct 17th & 20th and haven't received any reply.

It would be great to have the App explain and take one through the steps on how to order, upload and call a designer. From Sept 28 to Oct 8, I had to go through endless emails and I didn't know how I was going to get the Signs!

Ordered 2 different products. Received email requesting Vector format graphics. Emailed graphics. Received response that graphics were received and will be forwarded. Checked on order status and chat said that graphics still need approved. Now delivery 2+ weeks more

I placed an order for custom vinyl signage with high expectations of receiving a product suitable for professional display. Unfortunately, what arrived fell well below acceptable standards. The vinyl material allowed the color of the trailer to bleed through, which I was concerned about and chatted with Customer Service which I was told "would look great" but the color accuracy was inconsistent. The final product did not reflect the quality advertised or what was discussed prior to purchase. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with slow responses and little to no willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of offering a meaningful solution or acknowledging the quality concerns, the replies felt dismissive and shifted responsibility back to me. As a business owner, I value professionalism and accountability — qualities that were notably absent throughout this experience. I had hoped for a collaborative resolution, but after multiple follow-ups with no progress, except to say that it was signed off on. I have to conclude that this company does not stand behind its workmanship, including their employees saying anything for the sale. Summary: The product quality was substandard, and customer service failed to take ownership or provide an appropriate remedy. I would not recommend this vendor for professional signage projects.
