I feel that a new bie can do better then these guys. Tried their service once, BTF made a mistake in filing the returns. IRS reviewed and came back and I had to pay them back along with interest charge. BTF agreed that it was their mistake, but still deny to pay back the interest amount that I owed to IRS. On top of that they want to file my further return with them free of charge. $#*!ty service, no replies and answer after calling and emailing them for a month. The only answer we get is the manager is reviewing and it's been a month now... they don't care about customers, I won't recommend going with them. Instead do it yourself and you will commit less mistakes than BTF.

I too agreed with lots of calls to remind it's good but exasperated. The same person Suresh helped me a lot, if i am busy he used to get back through emails, this is my first time tax filing.

I have been filing with besttaxfiler for the last 4 years. Lots of times they used to call at in start of the year but by the time April comes they get super busy and don't pick up calls. Also, last year got notified by the IRS that I had identity theft which was from no one else but besttax filers. And that's when I decided to never go back with them to file my taxes. If they can't store my info privately then there is no point in filing with such an agency.

Pathetic people running this company, they sold my ssn and data and my trading account got emptied and fake accounts created under my name. Working with attorney team currently to file law suit and identity theft case against this $#*! company. They are irresponsible and unknowledgeable people.
Dont give them any details of you bank account or ssn. They are running a scam operation in India. I will make sure this company gets shut down for good.

I and my friend applied for tax returns through Best tax filer. Both our SSN numbers, and personal and financial details were leaked/sold to scammers. Now all my bank accounts and Tax returns are in a big mess. They opened share trading accounts under my name and tried to steal money from my real accounts. Somebody tried applying for Tax returns without my knowledge. Avoid them at all costs.

They say they are a CPA firm. Actually they are not. This is a scam you do not know who on the other side or what they do with your information. This is a shadow company in India. Like consultant firms fishi fishi hidden stuff going on.

This company collected my financial account details and has misused my information.
This was the only website where me and my friend submitted some information for initial tax filing. Both our SSNs have been leaked, transfers were initiated and new bank accounts have created in our names. PLEASE BEWARE all the data you give to them consider that COMPROMISED

BestTax Filer doesn't know about tax queries and no help, no suggestions, they doesn't know how to handle it.

I strongly recommend do not file your Tax Return from BestTaxFiler. We are five guys have filed Tax Return and received many IRS notices, BestTax Filer was helpless, we all are unhappy with BestTaxFiler. We switched to TurboTax and doing good and happy.

Please don't waste your time and money. I could not reach out to anyone and did not receive any response after I paid the money. There are better tax-filing companies available for better rates.

Have been victim of the id theft. Looks like some employee have the access to your data and use it and sell the data. My trading account got emptied. Only trust us base companies for your filing.

They always state that they have issue with server or email server or even cant able to hear me when I went with complaint. Will update the reviews here further.

My federal tax return is stuck & seems like best text filer not responding to any call, messages email. Looks like they gone out of business

Its like KG children are working in the company. They'll enter wrong spellings. Rogers-> Rodges. Please try a better option. They are quite childish

They are not responding properly and not giving proper direction. Please think before going tax filer.

These people, ever since my friend referred me to them, kept calling me 5-10 times a day leaving 2-5 voicemails asking me to file with them. So i decided to do that and the customer service was excellent, they called me for even littlest of things asking this and that BUT

The DAY i paid the fees to them for filing it, FINISH.

Not even one call i got. They didn't file they just sent me the tax return i reviewed and i didn't like the amount i received i wanted to know why am i getting that so i called back and asked why is it like this and all and the guy showed me bad attitude like why don't you go check in this website why don't you see like i was furious.

After understanding i said i want something updated he said no difference to update or not. I said why not update and send he said ok he will and he said he will call back after updating to ask me to review and submit

I NEVER got a call back after that. It's been a week and they never called me even once to FILE my taxes. This was so frustrating. I had to call and be put on hold twice or thrice and was told the guy is busy.

They showed such attitude and didn't help me out. I finally had to again call back and ask them to update which by the way that guy never did update till then and then he said ok i will do it and took a full day for a 5 min job and didn't even call to tell me he updated.

I had to again call back and ask him to file it. Like these guys are so money minded. I got so many calls that i wanted to tell them please dont call like this. But once the money was paid, OVER. They didn't even care to file it. Disgusting Indian service. Only wanting money and once that is done nothing matters.

Learn how to treat a customer regardless of money you bunch of idiots.
