I had a reservation booked and at the last minute we had a husband pass away. Instead of going ton the beach I had a funeral to attend. I called to cancel but was told no exceptions. I wasn't charged a penalty or one night but the whole amount of the trip. When I asked why all I got was SORRY. Would not book there!

“Best Western Minus”

This hotel was not what you would expect a 4 star hotel to be. Also the staff are very rude and look as though they are sick.
