After seeing the negative reviews from others (of course this was after I had placed my order), I was very nervous. The shoes arrived in a week and are exactly as I expected. Fedex delivered and I was able to track my order. The Betsey Johnson site wasn't easy or reassuring about the order getting placed - like sales tax and things, but they did send me email notifications of order received, shipping date and when it had been delivered. No complaints here.
These people do not honor anything on their website. 2 days processing is nonsense. I'm at 10 days and my order is still unfulfilled and they still won't commit to a shipping or receipt date. NEVER AGAIN - run away. Fast.
This site is kind of a scam! Don't buy from it!
They charge $50 for shipping. You get a tracking number from fedex… only… it's *not* your tracking number. It's not your package!
In the very fine print of the website, if you look deep it says your order is shipped to Connecticut — and then shipped through usps!
You don't even get a tracking number.
If you operate like this, it needs to be on your confirmation email and receipt so people aren't confused.

I placed an order 11-21 for pre sale boots that was to ship 1-22, then was notified they would ship in March, then that changed to April, now they are saying June. I would highly suggest never ordering from them as they seem to never be able to deliver an order in timely fashion. Upon emailing them they could care less if anyone is upset or unhappy. All they care about is the money. Customer service is horrible.
Hondstly they don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them. Utterly disappointed.

I paid for two day shipping. I waited over a week and begged I'm email after email for someone to tell me where my order is! After 8 days I finally reached a supervisor who sent me a second paid as the first pair never came. Then the new pair they sent is WAY too small. Just DONT waste your money. The WORST customer service.

There shipping is 24.95, they cancelled a few items after my 2 purchases that were on sale making it really not worth it. A month after delivery FedEx sent me a bill for over 160.00 Canadian. When I wrote Betsey Johnson to ask why their carrier was charging a high brokerage fee when I had already paid for shipping. They just keep responding that I had only paid 24.95 each order. Customs is understandable, but another high shipping charge in not.

FedEx Charging a large brokerage fee in addition to the customs charges. Betsey Johnson charges 24.95 shipping and FedEx sends you a large bill after you receive the product. Betsey Johnson has poor customer service and when asked why their carrier in charging a brokerage fee when I paid them 24.95 shipping a order, they just kept responding that they only charged me 24.95 for shipping.

I bought a purse for my daughter. Two days of use and the zipper is coming apart. I called customer service and got a very bored guy on the phone. He told me because it is out of stock I can pay to return it for a refund. No other option. I've always bought Betsey johnson. This was my first time buying from online store. I will no longer be buying Betsey Johnson products again.

I purchased a pair of shoes on February 23 of this year and I just to decided to wear them. The right shoe has the defect of fastening on the same ankle as the left shoe. The defect is easily noticed and was not noticed until I got ready to wear them. I contacted customer service and they told me since it has been over 30 days they could not help me. I then pointed out that their policy says they guarantee against defects and it has no expiration of the time. They still refused to help. I could see them refusing me if it had been a year or longer.

Ordered from this site after using Amazon's Try Before You Buy feature and loved the Betsey Johnson shoes I had tried. They were the same price and I figured why not buy from the actual site instead of going through Amazon, right? Wrong. Ordered the shoes, two weeks went by without a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service and was told they are extremely busy but my order will be shipped soon and they thanked me for my patience. A week later I received a refund and an email telling me they canceled my order because the item was out of stock and gave me a coupon for 20% off. I went to their site and saw the exact shoe and size was still for sale. I was half tempted to order again using the coupon but didn't have the patience to deal with them anymore. I ordered off Amazon and had them two days later, no issue. What a shame.

I purchased a $350 piece of luggage which came with a 5-year warranty. Used it once and the area above the wheel busted open. I sent very detailed pictures and information to Betsey Johnson, and I was told I would have to file a claim with a company called 24/7. After 10 days and no response, I reached out to Betsey Johnson once again and was advised they would have 24/7 contact me. They did reach out only to tell me there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed with their lack of caring and pointless warranty.

Terrible service. I ordered a pair of boots for an event I was going to. Paid 260.00 for the boots and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Got my boots 10 days later. I had to go buy another pair of boots for my event. Called and was told they had a computer glitch? My question was why could you not have emailed me and let me know they would not be here as promised. Rude person could not provide an explanation. Needless to say this will be my first and last order from this company. I will send the boots back ad I expect full reimbursement along with the extra shipping fee I paid. I will also let everyone I know to not order from this company! If I could give them a zero rating I would!

I loved these shoes. Whenever I wore them I would get a lot of compliments on them. I was wearing them at a function and I noticed that the sole of the shoe was coming apart. I was so embarrassed. I just prayed that I could just make it back to my car with out the sole coming off.

Ordered a dress for an occasion 7/5/21, paid for 2 days shipping. 7/10/21 did not receive package. Emailed *******@betseyjohnson.com, received email back stating package was mailed on 7/6/21. Fedex did not receive the package on 7/10/21 still. Advised them of such and no email back or apology. Why did I even pay for 2 days shipping? Where is the package? They have the worst exchange Policy. I Love the boot I brought. It is suppose to be a medium size. All my shoes are 7/12. This boot is so narrow and tight. All I wanted was a bigger size and they don't even allow you to exchange. This is a Terrible policy. Because I really Love the boot, but can't wear it. I am done with Betsey Johnson. I purchased 3 products from Betsys website, being from Canada I realize there is exchange to US funds. By the time I received the product with shipping the amount was almost doubled. I month later I received a bill from fedex saying I owe 104.00 for duty and shipping. I will have paid 3 times the cost of the product. So I say beware to all Canadians to think twice of what you are going to pay for these items. Not worth it. Payed over 300.00 for items priced at a little over 100.00. Ripped off

I have been trying to order the same item for 2 months now, its been about 5 to 6 times. Whenever it pops up, I select it, pay and confim the order. Then a few days later I get an email saying my order is cancelled because the item is "unavailable." If its unavailable, it shouldn't be listed. Then need to do better with inventory and website management. If something is listed online, and confirmed to be purchased, it should be available.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses ~ June 15th and it said they would be shipped ~ June 28th. Fair enough, but it is July 22nd and nothing. I contacted customer service once and they told me to wait a couple of days and I would hear back from them. That was well over a week ago. Though I do understand there are labor issues and such connected to COVID, this is ridiculous. They could have least sent an email acknowledging and at least attempting to explain the delays. I would have been totally okay with that. But at this point, it feels like a scam because I've paid for something that I never received. You don't expect this when buying directly from the designer. It's unfortunate.

I have had horrible experiences with a different online dress company (JJsHouse) so I have to give appreciation to Betsey Johnson. The dresses are unique, fun and made well. One dress did not fit correctly and the return process was seamless. Kudos to Betsey Johnson online!
I purchased a pink crossbody Betsey Johnson purse for my daughter and she stored it against another black Betsey Johnson purse and when she pulled it out to use it the black bleed onto the pink purse. I reached out to Betsey Johnson customer service and submitted pictures showing the pink and the black purse and customer service would not help me. They told me to go back to the department store where purchased and follow there return policy. This was very disappointing to me that with showing them the proof they would not stand behind there product. Moving forward I will no longer support this brand.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. In august. One pair was delivered. I paid in full for both. $286.75. The Vincent silver shoes was back ordered till Aug end. Ok. Then was back ordered till sept 29. I was never sent an order shipped email. So I contacted them and only then was I sent an order shipping tracking number. Well it was invalid thru Airterra. Airterra was very helpful explaining obviously betsy johnson never gave them the merchandise. Betsy Johnson said yes we did. And again I tried to get an honest answer as to no avail we mishandled your PAID for shoes. To no avail. So disappointing. Betsy johnson…. She should be appalled she's still associated with this her name on the line. I will NEVER…. EVER order from them again…. I'd rather to go Dillard macys anyone else for shoes …. I ordered a purse and sidny shoes which are on backorder. The purse was supposed to be delivered last Friday. After the wknd I received a notification that the package was damaged in transit and was being returned and I'd receive a refund for the purse. So I reordered it and paid for 2 day shipping. Bag is supposed to arrive tmrw. I need it for Saturday the 21st since I didn't receive it for last weekend. Shipping says it won't arrive until Monday. So now I am trying to contact them for a refund for the 2 day shipping I paid for but am not receiving. I question if the original purse was actually "damaged" and I already sense the argument into the shipping fee refund. I'll let visa handle them if they don't give it to me.

On March 2nd of this year 2019. Decided to splurge and get NEW luggage. Didn't know what brand, just looking on Amazon. I spotted these beautiful purple suitcase a set of 3. Received them on March 5th, by March 25th, I was on the phone with "Amazon", then "Betsey Johnson" and then " Amazon. The seam ripped inside of 1of 3 and I just wanted the 1 replaced.
