These people do not honor anything on their website. 2 days processing is nonsense. I'm at 10 days and my order is still unfulfilled and they still won't commit to a shipping or receipt date. NEVER AGAIN - run away. Fast.

I loved these booties when I saw them so i ordered them. They arrived and loved them even more. They are very comfortable and they go with a lot of things. The other thing that I love is that I won't see a lot of people with them.
I ordered in December 3rd,2023 o pair of Diva Ivory boots, and I paid 99$ for boots and 44.95$ for shipping, plus taxes. This was ok, but in January, 23rd, 2024 I received a letter from FEDEX that I still owe them another 56.60$. In total I paid 100.95$ for shipping and 99$ for boots. This is unfair and unprofessional. When I made the payment, I considered that I paid the total amount for the boots. It is unacceptable that after almost 2 months I received another amount of payment for shipping. Also, when I placed the order, the delivery time was 1 week not 1 month. I will never order anything from them again.

Purchased pink floral sparkly tennis shoes. Loved wearing them with my black scrubs. 3 months & the shoes are coming apart. Customer service said too much time had passed and could only offer a coupon for future purchases. Nope. Not wasting my money again.

I ordered some boots from betseyjohnson.com. They were supposed to ship out on Monday, checked the status today, Wednesday, and now have been told that they don't know when they'll be shipped. Would have been nice for someone to let me know as these were a gift to my sister for her birthday tomorrow. Paid extra for 2 day shipping as well. Very disappointing.

There's no over night shipping with there products! It's more like whenever they decide to ship it to you. So if you need your shipment on a certain day make sure you order 2 weeks or months ahead of time in order to receive it! Their customers serves suck via email and phone. They don't care about your concerns at all! They think it's funny when you're up set and don't do anything to help you in a better way! So don't pay for extra shipping to get your package sooner. There's no such thing.

I have been very dissatisfied with the sequins booties womens shoes. Purchased many pairs for my daughters stage shows. The Silver shoes for some reason kept cracking along the toe and the ankles. They sent me a new pair and the same thing happened. They are only worn for stage shows and they should not crack this fast or at all for the price. I will not be buying from them again. I can find cheaper ones for Amazon.

I ordered May 21 and still don't today! Was sent a tracking number 3 days ago and all it says is fed ex awaiting package and no date given. This is bad business! Customer service isn't any help at all. I could've just ordered the bag thru Amazon and would've received it the next day and free shipping. This is my second order with Betsey Johnson and apparently the company doesn't care. Never again Y'all suck

I do not recommend buying from Betsey johnson.com. Every time I buy from them their products come a month later then their ship date. Also their customer service is awful. They have no idea what's going on and no idea when you will get your order. And believe me I am a huge BJ fan. However I buy from mostly eBay instead or look around for other distributors.

I will never! Order from Betsey Johnson, they don't say when taking your money that your order will take weeks to ship. You cannot cancel the order even though it's still unfulfilled and unprocessed, and this sucks.

I received my order *******, to small so I emailed customer service they responded but trying to get a return label has been a nightmare, the website is horrible but after reading the reviews I see why her ratings are so low. I have been wanting these Betsey Johnson Rhinestone sneakers for some time now. I finally caved and spent the money and got some. Now know they are really pretty shoes! But they must be cheaply made. Know that I have only worn them maybe 5 or 6 times to work at the office (receptionist position) and one time shopping. So it's not like I've ran and played sports in them outside. I keep them in their original box when not wearing. These started coming apart at the seams little by little since about the 3rd time of wearing them. I could understand if they were cheap $20 shoes. But they are almost $100 with the tax. You would think costing that much money, they would hold up since they have been gently worn. They sure should NOT be falling apart this soon or at all for that matter. This is a photo of one shoe. The other one has begun to come apart also. Would I purchase again? No!

I love Betsey Johnson products. They're unique, shiny, girly, and fun. However, I'd suggest buying them from a store instead of their website. I bought a pair of shoes in October and they still haven't arrived. They were out of stock, but said they would ship by mid November. Two months later, it's been shipped by the cheap slow FedEx home delivery, and hasn't arrived. Its December 17h today. I'm going to return them now just because of the bad service.

I live in Russia and for many years t I'm shopping at online stores of different countries, but I mainly buy Italian shoes made of genuine leather. With the products of designer Betsey Johnson, I met only this year, when I was looking for some interesting sandals and it is with transparent heels. And so, I saw them at Macy's! I fell in love with them at first sight: an unusual combination of two floral patterns, a transparent block heel, slightly flared in my favorite style of the 1970s, and in the heels you can see... flowers! I bought both pairs: BLACK MULTI and MAGENTA MULTI. However, the synthetic fabric of the upper of the sandals, made in China, turned out to be quite tough, but I try to wear them with silicone pads.
I became interested in this name and found the Betsey Johnson online store. My attention was attracted by shoes MAX BLUSH decorated with small jeweled detail that would fit perfectly to my beautiful embroidered dress. Several pairs of my size of this model were on sale according to the site information. I was very pleased to make my first order on the official website of this legendary designer, so, on April 13 I placed my order and got confirmation. I was a little surprised that within a few days the status of my order was not changed, but the message received on April 18 led me just in a daze: «unfortunately, the following items are not in stock at this time». And my order was cancelled. An even stranger thing happened the next day: these shoes of my size were on sale again! However, I was afraid of repeating this situation and that I would remain without shoes at all. Therefore, I chose to buy the last pair of these shoes the color of MAGENTA on site 6pm. They did not disappoint my expectations.
I am grateful to the designer Betsey Johnson for the fact that she tries to make fashion available to people with different incomes and the products of her inspiration as cheap as possible, but some of her employees do not increase the credibility of her brand. I met such mindlessness for the first time.
