Just thought I would write a few lines about Betterbatt, given that my experience with another company with a.com.au domain, turned out to be a site run off-shore, by scammers basically.
Anyway, I telephoned Betterbatt before doing anything, conducting my due diligence etc, and my call was answered within 6 rings, and had a brief chat. All good. I placed my order online and my order arrived within 5 business days.
I will buy from them again, as the camera battery I wanted was on back-order...so I'll wait til they're available again.
Tip for consumers:
The website is self explanatory and there are a couple of ways of searching for what you're after, Brand or model number. The site also advises on what else may be compatible with your gear too, so that's potentially useful info for anyone who's interested.

Replaced an old missing compact digital camera charger.
On Monday 24th February 2014 I purchased 2 of these for $100.66 with express delivery of $12.31. It arrived the next day on Tuesday 25th February 2014 but it was missing one battery so they refunded me $50.33, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me.
