Customer service beats around the bush, yeah we had a promo and you qualified but we didn't specify when you could qualify.

So they gave me from midnight to 9am to play money and get it back. But instead credited me $0 before I woke up and could play.

I created an account and deposited money with pure ease, but after winning my bets, they make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to withdraw your money. I was told that NO payout can be submitted for 72 hours after a deposit, even though the deposit had already been taken from my bank account. They WILL NOT send it back to your card (as any other site will), but they force you to use crypto, or receive a paper check that takes over a week to receive. I reluctantly decided to create a crypto account in order to get paid quicker. I made a minimum withdraw the first time to be sure everything was set up correctly. It went alright and only took about a day. When I decided to pull a larger amount out is where everything went bad! I requested a payout in bitcoin and they say it could be up to 24 hrs. After over 30 hours, they cancelled my payment request with no explanation why. They just tell me to request again and wait another 24 hours. After speaking with them on the phone and them being extremely rude and unprofessional, I told them that I would file a complaint against them. I was told because I made a "legal threat" that my payment would now be processed in 7-10 business days and my account suspended. So here I am on day 7 of trying to recover my winnings and now I'll have to wait to hear back from my attorney to see if I will have to pursue legal action.

Steer clear from this site at all costs, I have managed to win some money off of extremely large football parlays, but any attempts at blackjack or slots completely drain any prior winnings, 4 times in a row I had 19 or 20 only for the double black jack dealer to pull a 5 card 21 out of his $#*!, They will allow you to win small so you keep betting meanwhile you do not realize your total funds are dwindling faster than you realize. Don't use this site. No withdraw only deposits. Discusting customer service. Won't let you cancel a bet before kick off. They give you a ridiculous excuse. Terrible site. They responded back with A LOT of nonsense. Still no withdraw. Made me call in again! Even when you call there is no prompt for payout. Terrible customer service for a terrible business. Shady employees throughout this company. Advertise "fastest payouts" yet they are doing everything in their power to not get me my payout. I have waited over 2 weeks for a bank wire payout. The bet us logo should be a guy in a mask. They are thieves and liars. They don't refund for horses scratched in a race. They charge double the percentage for deposits as they say they will. DO NOT bet with them.

This site is a complete and utter joke. They now have some stipulation that live plays must include a line that says ot included for those plays to count. There isn't a site in the WORLD that doesn't count overtime or extra innings unless it's for that inning or quarter or period. On top of that they make it a ROYAL pain in the butt to get your money back once you make a deposit, and their bonuses that they brag about offering only are available if your a loser and are not up on them in terms of deposits and withdrawals. IE, if you deposit 500 and withdraw more than that you can't get a bonus on any future deposits until your deposit amounts are more than you withdrew. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE THEY ARE A JOKE. There are tons of other legitimate options that actually care about their customers winning and make the experience enjoyable. They are a joke. As has already been stated, this business is very difficult to do business with. And that's being charitable.
Short story is they make it as difficult as possible to get a payout should you desire one. Multiple forms of ID, bank statements, all sorts of hoops you're asked to jump through. All so that you get frustrated, leave your money in the account, and eventually lose it as it becomes too difficult to try and get paid.

When/if you DO get paid? They'll send you a CANADIAN check which your bank will charge a fee for in order to accept it. (Not to mention it costs $50+ to get them to send a check to begin with. Unless you want crypto or bitcoin or some other bulls*** form of payment.)

They are very unethical and will do all they can to rip you off.

I have observed in the last 2 days that, my wager is been manipulated after placing it, they remove one of the selection i made and put in another game that i did not select.

I did not select Maritimo ( vs. CF OS Belenenses). I did not select that match, it is not even in the list that i picked my game from. This the second time i am noticing a match that i did not select, showing up on my wager. Other players show take note.

Never put your money with these people! They are scam artists and never pay off! They come up with fees so heavy that you never get your winnings back. We placed a $50 super bowl bet and won, Then they charged us $55 to get that payout back. I cannot tell you enough how terrible these people are. Not only did they make you jump through hoops in order to provide documentation to get your money back but spent over 2 hours with the company in order to do that. I've bet the Derby with them every year. It seems EVERY year when I put money on account my Debit or Credit card has a fraud transaction soon after.

I deposited money to open an account. Just to find a glitchy website with no obvious way to request a payout except calling customer service.

After phone call a healthy wait on hold I was told that to request a payout I would need to: 1) wait 72 hours 2) provide a photo of the front and back of my credit card and 3) provide photo of my ID. I said this is ridiculous as none of those things were required to make a deposit. And I just wanted the deposit refunded to the same account. The representative was very aggressive, rude and said that if I did not follow their procedures the money would "remain in the account." I said that's a scam and he immediately became more rude and offensive saying that they have been in business for 30 years. Wish I had read their reviews before depositing money.

Had a great few days with their book. Went to pull out bitcoin the same way I have with other sites, copied and pasted my Bitcoin address, and never got paid. Continually get the runaround where, "oh it should be coming through today or tomorrow" and nothing shows up. Been over a week and I don't think I'm getting my $1750. If I could give this site a 0 star I would. Their bonuses are completely worthless as you need to bet a ridiculous amount before they become your money. On a $300 Match Bonus I would have to wager over $28,000 in bets. I'm guessing they've never paid out any of them. In the Casino it's even worse and you can't choose live dealer which I assume means they can manipulate the software so you never win. Getting a payout was impossible so don't waste your time or money. There are too many legitimate and legal sports book out there so skip this one

Betus literally takes forever to process payouts. They can never provide you with an update it just always says "waiting supervisor authorization ". So I recommend playing somewhere else if you want fast payouts.
