I've bet the Derby with them every year. It seems EVERY year when I put money on account my Debit or Credit card has a fraud transaction soon after.

Betus literally takes forever to process payouts. They can never provide you with an update it just always says "waiting supervisor authorization ". So I recommend playing somewhere else if you want fast payouts.

I've been with this sites for year just leaving my money there and letting it accumulate because I happen to be above average at betting.
After accumulating thousands in profit over a four year span I decided I would cash out. They said I had not that enough to be able to retrieve my winnings. Years of betting and winning at a small but gradual pace they have told me that I need to come up with over $10,000 worth of bets to retrieve my winnings. If I haven bet enough money over four years to win thousands why do I need to bet even more to Betus (SCAM!)

If anyone says this is a legitimate site, do not believe them! They literally are a scam site and even when you are the gambling winner which we all know gambling is a risk but when you're a steady winner and you do not get paid, they can keep my thousand but I need to warn others.

Like other reviewers I wish I caught this sooner. Deposited $500.00 during football season... won lost and bet all football season each week. Near the end was down to $100.00 then last couple weeks and playoffs won bets to get to $600.00 requested payout and said I must bet $11,780.00 due to rollover bonus. So my money is stuck in there. Can never get it out. Total ripoff. Do not deposit money. I will take my funds and do stratight bets hoping to get a bove that mark. Hahahahahahaha never going to happen. I would have to hit about 50 bets in a row. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Many reviews here are so accurate: Polite and helpful until... you never win on slots or other games. They did not process a deposit transaction properly through Zelle... still haggling to get my $100 refunded. I closed my account! DO NOT use this site. You will be sucked dry; plus, for horse players, NO live video feeds for any tracks anywhere!

You've got to figure things out for yourself. Don't bother calling as no one there knows anything. They can even answer a simple question and most of the time the call is so broken up you can't understand anything but...

Sent them money made bets and have tried to recover a small amount back out of my account. I've tried many times over twenty years but all I've got are requests to post more bets. Unlike most sites that give you promo money, they also tie your money up with a ton of rollover money requirements. I talked to some clown on the phone who explained it all to me. I was pretty sure I was talking to the mob. He said you didn't read all the fine print? Kept calling me bro. The other companies I use, I could win money and pull out my original deposit. This scam makes me gamble 20 times what I got as promo money before I could withdraw anything. This site sucks, bro

I've read the terms and conditions. I've proceeded to ask an agent the question relating to my residency and playing for real cash on their site. Not all online casinos are legal in Louisiana and they have the right to withhold your winnings due to residency restrictions. I asked 2 different agents if I was able to play for real money with no problem and I was lied to.

They're going to offer you "free" bull$#*! left and right, and if you take any of it say goodbye to any deposits or winnings you get. They're not going to let you take your money back until you lose the rest of it trying to get enough for their rollover bull$#*!. Yeah, sure maybe rollover is a part of all online betting, but at least honest websites don't try to trick you into getting locked in by offering so much fake "free" betting options. And if you ever want to contact their support 9/10 times you're going to get a condescending "you should've known better" response. It's like being a drug dealer that laughs in your face when you ask them leave you alone. Hopefully every person involved with this sites creation burns in hell.

They offered 100 free spins in their Gravy promo, yet never disclosed anywhere that the free spins won't be credited until 11/25, which is more than a week since the day I deposited. It's now 11/25 and I'm told 4 diff answers when asking about this: adding them now, during the day, by end of day, and finally at end of day. Super shady bait & switch scam artists.

The worst betting site do not give away your money. A refuse to let me take out my money even though I gave them a lot and they said I have to bet $******* which is ridiculous because I was never told that

I deposited $300. That had a matching offer. I immediately bet the$300 on the Cowboys to cover which they did. So I bet the$300 I deposited and won. Then I bet the matching$300 on some college games. Won some lost some. So I bet my cash and I bet the bonus money. I have a $800+ balance. Requested a payout. It's refused. They say I have to bet $5,000 more dollars on "qualifying bets" before I can be paid out the $835. Stay away. Do not use. Total scam!

I agree with most of the reviews here. These people are con artists and thieves, don't send them your money. I have contacted them by phone eleven times and sent multiple messages. Their business model is clearly predatory, and I have no expectation of getting my money back, but I will do everything I can to spread the word. These guys are crooks! They don't deserve even one star.

I quit using the site after payment issues, I went on it to see if it was still as bad as it was and it is. While not the worst Id rate it as bottom half easily experience wise having played in dozens on online casinos. I hit bonus feature and got a 0 dollar return playing over $1. IMO this only happens at the driest worst of casinos.

They either make you take your money out in crypto-currency, or they charge you $50 to withdraw it. I'm like, "What!? I don't deal in crypto-currency." I gave them money in US currency, placed my wagers in US currency, and they force you to a scam crypto-currency to withdraw. Spoke to a couple of associates, and then a supervisor named "Morgan" - no budging, nobody to talk to above Morgan, per Morgan. It's crazy. I don't do much betting at all, but just dabbled in it, but my intuition told me I was going down a dark alley with these folks, so I decided to stop betting and pull my $200 out. And then my intuition was confirmed when I went to take my money out. And It's not worth my time to fight with those crooks for $50. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.

This company is the biggest scam of all time. If you win you are unable to withdraw funds unless you hit your min rollover which is a ridiculous amount of money upwards of $7,500. This was never mentioned on any sign up page or when speaking to live agents.

Upon hearing this when asking to be paid out they said it is mentioned in their terms and conditions. So they deliberately hide vital information such as this to scam everyone that signs up.

This is a crooked site...they'll. Confirm your bets and if you win, they'lll say you never really bet or confirmed your bets. Total scam. I can share pix of my confirmed bet that won...and when I called in they say they are an offshore illegal betting site, so what am I gonna do, call the "authorities"?...if you win they don't pay because there is no legal way to make them pay...if you loose they take your money...it's a NO WIN...so RUN AWAY!

This site is a total scam. They will cut your account off at anytime if you start to hit a win streak. I know this because I ended up winning 14 consecutive bets and customer service calls me and tells me that I can no longer bet with them because their website is not for professionals and recreational use only. I told them I was a 27 year old college student and had no background in being a professional gambler and they said sorry we can't change this decision! WTF! BetUS will take your money but just try to get your winnings from them. The best course of action is to declare their charges on your credit card as FRAUD! None of the avenues they profess will lead you to a payout works. All of these avenues seem to block attempts to send the numerous ridiculous pieces of documentation they require. For Crying Out Loud! They want a copy of driver's license, copies of the credit card, a verification form and then after obtaining all these documents the request fails to go through. The credit card company attempted to contact them to speak with a manager. One phone number went unanswered. Another answered phone line was hung up after the credit card company identified themselves and the purpose for the call! Avoid this company. They are a huge SCAM!

I've had 60 free spins at 2.50$ an won 5$. On top of that I was at 246$ after one spin at 1.25$ I was at 71$. Then they took the 30 free spins I had left. There are no win on free spins you will not win big they monitor when your playing to let you reach a certain amount. Then you will be logged out while playing. An won't win at all. I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. Betus is the worst betting platform, when you deposit there's a 72 hour window on the deposit before you withdraw and when you withdraw they charge you around 50 bucks to have it sent to your bank. They also only offer crypto currency withdrawls and bank wires so not many options either.
