Beyond Infinity

After two months of emails, I am now at the point that this company has taken my money and will not respond to requests for a refund.

I have reached out to the better business bureau, which I suggest everyone does, especially those who have had similar issues to mine.

This company is a complete scam and have no intention on communicating with you and or getting you what you ordered.

There needs to be a higher level of accountability, my mistake in ordering from them, I should have known better.

Bought a lamp a few weeks ago. It was delivered broken so I emailed them asking for a refund and shipping information to get this back to them. They said they will investigate for a possible refund. I emailed them again and they replied they are looking into it and will let me know when there is an update. I sent them pictures of the broken lamp as well. Can't stand bad customer service. They are just hoping I'll forget about it. And yes, I will be submitting reviews elsewhere if they do not return my email from today,

Ordered a depth finder. Never got it. I called and they won't answer. There email says God bless and thanks for supporting small business. How can you claim to be religious,? But yet steal people's money! You have been warned folks do not purchase anything from these criminals! No photo because I never received.

Please don't trust Beyond Infinity. I wasted my both money and time. They lure you with typical sales pitch (job opportunities abroad, standard of living blah blah). Once you pay the fees they keep sending you regular mails just to show that your application is being looked into. After a point they stop sending you mails, you cannot contact them as no one will pick up your calls. And when you ask for refund, either you will not be entertained or they will send you inappropriate mails rejecting your refunds. Goons. Total fraudsters.

I strongly urge no one order from this company! I ordered a power pole a month and half from them and after noResponse for 2 weeks I contacted them. I've spoken to them now probably 8-10 times and everytime it's the same thing. 6 weeks later still haven't received my money back. Please read reviews unlike me.

Before few months I applied from this company and I found them fake. I paid there all demanded fee but I did not get anything till now. They have stopped answering my call that is why i am putting this review. Just sharing my bad and sad experience.
They are not a genuine immigration consultant at all. After taking the money for Hongkong process they just told me that I am rejected. But they have not provided me any proof from embessy side. Example - my application number, my genuine point calculation, rejection written proof from embassy side. Just they said and I agreed.
When i asked refund then they had threatened me about legal action. I understand i have signed the legal agreement without reading it properly so that only I being threatened by them.

This company is a front for some overseas scam outfit. They instantly charge your credit card then never deliver the products you ordered. And there is absolutely no way to contact them. They have a phone number listed but have never answered it. Never replied to emails or online requests for assistance. My credit card company tried tracking them down and had no luck. Fraud!

It's completely fraud, please dont trust this consultancy, I paid complete amount for process. But they didn't done anything for me. Later on I requested return amount. From last 2 years are not giving back.
Even this company contact numbers also fake.
Don't believe this bull $#*! guys.

One biggest joke by mistake I sent some amount this company even that amount also not send back to me.

This is a SCAM! They charge your card, never ship anything, and then refuse to answer emails or calls. I have already put in a dispute with my credit card company, but I am planning on suing this company as well. I will make it my mission to bankrupt this fraudulent company.

I challenge you to try to call customer service any tiem of day or day of the week... and see if you can get anyone to answer. It will not happen before or after the "sale." I bought an item May 28th of 22 and they replied about the delayed deliver in my initial email but since will not reply at all and I have no way to reach them... it has been almost 3 months. HEADS UP!

So I made a purchase and received it about 3/30/22, it was the wrong color. I followed the return instructions and it was received in return on 04/02/2022. Now 10 days later, still no refund to my debit card. And all the return emails seem automated with no name or phone number? Feel like I'm being ripped off?

They take the money and run
The site looked professional and competitive, but not unreasonably cheap. The delayed delivery notification was a little strange in that it did not list the actual item ordered. They charged me immediately, rather than waiting until the product shipped. I got a generic follow-up email a week after ordering that they were delayed in shipping (covid, Ukraine,...), and then they went SILENT. No response to site inquiries, emails, or phone calls (the voicemail said "no agent was available" on 20+ attempts). I finally filed a dispute with the credit card company for a refund.

I purchased two stargazer chairs, which aren't even on their website anymore for a Christmas present (which means he didn't open it until December 25th). The first time he sat in it, it broke at the base. The company's refund policy is 30 days from date of delivery. I purchased early which meant the 30 days were up. They refuse to give a refund or even replace the chair. Now, they are totally ignoring my emails. I will not purchase from this company again and I would warn others to beware of the return/refund policy on items that may break! Very unhappy with service and product!

I purchased a phone charger/cam. When I received it, everything was loosely placed in a box. The reset pin was hidden under one of the box flaps. I tried following the instructions but a few details were left out including where the reset hole was located on the charger. I could not get the charger/cam to function properly so I contacted there support be email. No phone listed anywhere. I told them what the problem was and I wanted a refund. Their reply was to send me a video. I followed step by step and still the Charger/cam would not preform as advertised. I have since contacted them by email twice with no response. There refund policy is no response therefore no refund. I would not by from the company again. I will be surprised if this review makes it into their review section.

SCAM! I ordered a chair on this website and for 2 months they said it was in transit in the mail! They kept responding to my emails apologizing for the delay and reassuring it was still coming. Now, they will not answer my calls and stole my money. Still NO CHAIR!

Placed an order on July 3... ask for status after 4 days and this company had no idea where my order status were. Asked for cancelation on July 13. Again on July 21 and they still didn't know the status of the order. Am I going to get my money back? I don't care as long as people see this review. Don't bother wasting your time with this company.

Beyond infinity immigration is a fake immigration company and making people fool with fake promises and there fake (paid) positive reviews. Its not even a single percent genuine company. You can trust on there words but after paying amount u will get to know that you got cheated with fake promises.
Be aware guys and stop trusting blindly... Thank you...

This is completely fraud and cheater company. It's been more than 4-5 years still they didn't work out for me for German job visa. Please avoid this. They rob you with money in advance and once agreement tenure is finished, they ask you to renew and shell out more money. I had total paid about more 75-80k and no services at all. They remove all negative feedback. I am going to put a complaint soon

They do not keep the items in stock and do not communicate with the people that are supposed to have the stocked item. If there is a communication they will lock your money, despite you asking for it to be returned, in hopes that they can FORCE you to comply with their shipping timeline. I have asked for a return three times, including over the phone, and they have just now sent me another e-mail asking me if I would to wait for the item because it will be available at the end of this month (now) when it was supposed to be available three weeks ago. Do not use this company.

After waiting a month to receive the items I purchased and countless calls and emails, I have reached out reached the better business bureau for assistance in receiving a refund. It appears I am not the only customer experiencing this issue. BUYERS BEWARE!

Very unhappy customer.

On March 16,2022 I ordered 2 printers that totaled close to $1000 they ran my CC immediately.To this day no printers. I contacted them again on April 20,2022 and asked for a refund as I needed the printers asap for work. They agreed they would put the Money back on my cc. I have contacted them twice since and was told both times the Product Specialist team was working on it. I still have not received a refund from them. I did tell them I would be disputing with my cc company and still no refund. They can process the same day as the order but cant refund. Humm I would say stay as far away as possible

If you are reading this, i'm sure it's because you just got scammed by this so called company. My experience is the same as the other reviews. There is no real company- you just buy the item and they start appologizing for the delay's. You will recieve email's that they are very sorry and to please be patient. Don't waste your time. Just call your credit card company or bank (if debit) and they should credit your account. They then do they're own investigation into this fraudulous company. Hope this helps.
