I had a mixed experience with bharatplaza. When I ordered items 2-3 years ago, they were shipped my parcel after 8 days from expected time, and were of avreage quality. I ordered again about 2 months ago the shipping time is perfect and i love the product so much! Good job all team of bharatplaza

My experience with Bharatplaza products is very good. As I mostly purchase sarees and lehengas of their. Brand is available everywhere and service is also awesome. Bharatplaza many times give more than 70% offer and there are huge range of jeans and t-shirts. Basic thing is all cloths and accessories of bharatplaza are unique and very much comfortable not much costly and always having heavy offers

I ordered a saree some months ago but still have not received it. Asked them to refund me but said that I must choose something else but I clearly explained to them that I don't like anything else but they won't refund me. I would advise people not to buy anything on this website they are fraud.

The sari is exactly as shown and described on your website as well as the free gift and thank you for the bindi's, i am very happy with the sari, as this sari was for diwali the sari got here in less than one week, i am so happy with that, very quick, and really good customer service. If I could I would give them 0 stars, I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter from them for $380 and 2 months later I contacted them because I hadn't received anything, they told me it can't be shipped due to production error, okay why did I have to contact them first? They couldn't contact me to tell me that? I asked them for a refund and they refused! I mean seriously? They told me to order something else and since I had already paid I went on to buy my son in laws suit from them, it's been 5 months! Every time I message them they respond saying it will be shipped in 5-7 days. Please save your money and spend it somewhere else! This company is a damn scam! I still haven't received a refund or my product! And I've spent over 380 USD. They have been giving me a run around for months!

I will not recommend Bharatplaza to anyone because it is very clear that if the order is not what you except then you have a problem. I ordered a Anarkali for a child of 4 years with bust size 28 and received a Anarkali for a child of 8 years with bust size 36. Bharatplaza do not want to admit that they made a mistake despite the evidence that is clearly stated in an email where the correct size and age of the child is mentioned.

As long as the order is to be placed and sent you respond quickly to questions but now there are problems, I had to send emails reminders to ask for a response.

The service is so outrageously bad and also the solution for a great discount on my next order. I will never going to buy from Bharat plaza.

I bought a lehenga for my royal wedding from bharatplaza. When i got the lehenga it was a scrap. Nothing like the picture on their website. The fabric and work was very cheap. I had to buy another lehenga from the local shop. It was costly but nice. Never buy anything from them. They are crooks. They sell scraps
