I bought a pair of shoes in the size I normally wear. Unfortunately they did not fit. Attempts to return the item were met with numerous obstacles created by BHFO: delay in respond to request for return, mis-direction to bad link for printing return label, more delay in answering request, lack of contact number for question, lack of human customer support, very short deadline for return (especially given delay in response). This is without a hesitation the most difficult return process I have ever experience. I will never buy from this retailer again regardless of discount. Amazon is a much more friendly, honorable retailer.

Ordered over $400 worth of items. Received one defective item $6.99 and one wrong size item $11.99. I sent two emails (Wed and sat), no response. I called today, Mon, someone immediately answered and told me to email pictures. I did, they responded and asked for more pictures. So they're just dragging this whole process on over a $6.99 and $11.99 shirt that shouldn't have been sent to me anyway, they shouldn't need pics, they should have inspected items prior to sending out so there weren't defects and so the sizes are the correct sizes I ordered. So now I am resorting to post negative reviews and go to my credit card company to make it this right because they will not give me a solution to rectify a situation that is clearly their error. For a company that boasts on their customer service, it's really been either lacking or just difficult to deal with.
Apparently BHFO doesn't charge the sales tax at the time of the purchase on eBay (probably to make their final price look cheaper), but if you live in a sales tax state - expect a letter in the beginning of the year that all your purchases from the previous year have been reported to the state authorities. It is the right thing to pay taxes, but dealing with it is a hassle. So I wish this company wouldn't push that headache onto its online consumers and just charge the sales tax upfront (or at least be transparent about what we will have to deal with at the end).
I found this website as I was searching for a specific boot that was sold out in my size everywhere else including the Franco Sarto website. Not only was my size available but at a much lower price as well. I ended up ordering another pair of shoes too. Shipping was fast and both shoes look great. I will definitely order from BHFO.com again.
I'm so glad I found BHFO! I've been wanting to buy some shoes like my favorite, but now worn-out pair of sandals, and haven't found them anywhere. When I got to BHFO, though, they had exactly what I wanted, and in leather, instead of synthetic! Competitive prices, good shipping (even internationally--I live in New Zealand), and comfy footwear. Recommended.
I love the fact that your American own company. Sometimes you get skeptical because of how great the prices are and not knowing what you're going to receive when you get the shipment! Quick delivery and great products are extremely valuable, keep on doing what you're doing and you'll gain more happy customers!
What a great deal. By far the best pricing I found on a pair of boots I had been stalking on multiple websites. Shipping was fast and the product was satisfactory. I will definitely be coming back for more!
I had put on Google price alerts for this item and it found it on BHFO. I was so happy because it had been out of stock on the manufacturer site and never appeared at any of the big department stores. It was new with tags although the original store's price tag had been clipped off. I don't have time to hunt discounters in person so I'm happy to get things here.
The quality of the clothes is still very good. But I agree with many of the comments on here in regards to shipping and cost of the clothing. There was a time when a starting bid of an item would be $1.00 and the more items you bought the shipping would cost $2-$3 more per item. Those days are gone and the shipping cost has increased and many of the top designer brands they once sold they no longer carry. If you find an item that you like you don't have to worry about the quality it is usually very good. The problem with BHFO is they are trying to double dip with the high shipping fees.
I had my eye on a few brands that I like and BHFO had the best prices I could find. The items were new, good quality, and true to size and what their size tags said they were. I only wish they had free shipping sales, but it was still a great deal with the flat shipping. Can't speak to returns policy since I kept my items.
I have very much enjoyed shopping at BHFO over the years…but I have been burned too many times by final sale items which deviate from standard expectations regarding either fit or quality. I find myself gravitating now more toward secondhand retailers to get the price points I want while not being excluded from returns.

Great products at a great price but international shipping is a nightmare! Have had multiple issues and packages go missing. The Route package protection is useless and not worth the fee. I want to love BHFO but I need to consistently receive my orders to do so.

Having quite a few negative reviews out there I did send them an email before I placed my first order and asked specific questions about the items that I was buying. I asked if they were the actual brand stated, if they were new and if they were being shipped from the US. I received a reply quickly confirming everything plus I was told how to proceed if I was not happy with my purchase. Deals look great but they over charged me, acknowledged they overcharged me and then stopped answering emails. Shipping was very high but I thought it would be worth it given the discount, but then duty was as much as shipping which came to more than the cost of the items. They missed shipping me items, told me they were out of stock and never refunded. Horrible business.
I have yet to receive my order after two weeks. I reached out to customer service, and they have not been responsive or helpful in any way in resolving this issue or refunding my money.
I've shopped here on numerous occasions. I can say the clothes are thru to size, but the shoes are a hit or miss on sizing.

Purchased a Jessica Simpson coat and the entire right pocket and lining was ripped. So if you put something in the pocket it would fall all the way down to the hem. They are not great about getting back to customer other than to say they will get back to me, keep saying they need to investigate? I sent photos of the torn pocket/lining not sure what there is to investigate. The coat is defective PERIOD, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE BHFO. Coat has been hanging in my closet now for week while they "investigate". Once again me, the customer has to go through the hassle, not them. So bottom line they send out a defective product, they got paid for the coat and I get to wait while they investigate, got it. Over it.
I found the perfect dress for my son's wedding and delivery was quick. Unfortunately it was not a good fit, not their fault, so I had to return it. It was an extremely easy process.
