Returns got worse. Before they used to -e-mail you the return label, now they want to print it. I have received two items, one was used and defective, the other item was damaged. I have paid $63.17, the online credit after I have printed the label for both items was $43.00. I have disputed the return amount through my PayPal finance institution. They credited my account and closed the case.
Ordered 12 items from the inventory on their website. Received email confirmation for the order. Received email with "order shipped" confirmation and "tracking info", followed by email stating order was cancelled because NONE of the items ordered were in stock.
I called yesterday about a dress where your pictures showed a different color dress on back view than front. Your Customer Service rep (Kiera?) actually went to the warehouse for me and looked at the dress. Your pictures were wrong. Saved me the hassle of a return. She was amazing.
The price of the shoes was reasonable. The initial tracking information said the package would be delivered on a certain day. Subsequent tracking information then said that delivery was re-scheduled and that the expected delivery day would be updated, soon. This was the tracking message I received for several days. I signed up for text/email updates on the delivery, so I could be sure to be around when it got delivered, so no one would steal the package. I received no updated delivery information. I arrived home one day to find my package sitting on the porch. The shoes arrived 10 days after I ordered them, which seems to be a bit longer than it takes to receive other items.
This used to be a great online store but now the prices keep going up and down. When they have a sale prices are marked up - Crazy selling model. I have been following them each day now for months and the prices are never the same and sales are not really sales.
I ordered two items for next day air delivery from one side of town to the other and it took 4 days. I paid for the extra to be able to get it by Christmas. When it arrived I got crop top instead of a maxi skirt and when I called they told me they could not replace it until after Christmas and to go to a UPS store to return it. I could drive across town quicker. If they cannot get the correct items shipped then it will take forever to get my credit, if I get it at all. I will NEVER order from them again. The person who answered the phone was a bit RUDE and told me it was just to bad that I needed it by Christmas and they could not do anything about it now.
I bought these same boots at full price and the zipper broke after a year. I repurchased the same name brand boots at a bargain price. The books are exactly as described and arrived on time. Thank you BHFO!
I spent thousands of dollars on clothes on average clothes are beautiful and fit nicely the only difficulty that I have is it's almost impossible to return things in a timely matter because of Covid things are not arriving on time and it's been very difficult to return things because there's never any phone number listed anywhere. A beautiful shopping experience. Phone number to get a hold of these people so that's my only complaint. Plus you may pay for an item but then when you want to re-order the item you're paying more not less because of the coupon that you get thank you RP Hughes
I never used this website and the sneakers I really wanted but showing here at an incredibly low price. I thought what the heck I will try and see. And omg! The shipping arrived within a week and it's the original product. Couldn't be more thankful
After receiving a cardigan that I can't wear, very disappointed. It had cat or dog hair all over it and looks like it was washed because it is discolored. I took it to the cleaners so I can donate it.
I bought a Yumi Kim dress via Walmart. Dress was gorgeous and well priced but a tad small and I initiated a return. Walmart did not contact the seller right away but I found the seller via Facebook chat. They offered a prompt and excellent service, guiding me through return process and following-up. It was smooth and easy. I would be happy to buy from this seller again.
This is the first time I stumbled upon BHFO. There are so many deals on the site, on designer brands nonetheless, I couldn't believe I hadn't heard of them before. The shopping experience was great and my order arrived quickly.
Your customer service caused unnecessary confusion by email. The people who responded to me did not take the time to investigate about the delay in delivery. I wasn't upset with the delay, rather that you were insisting that the pants had been delivered when in fact they were still in transit. I received emails stating my address was incorrect which of course it wasn't. I emailed from a work email and the address on signature line was my work address. I purchased the item using my home address and correctly identified my home address as the address I would like it delivered yet your staff insisted it was already delivered to my home address when it absolutely wasn't, leading me to worry unnecessarily.
Despite what BHFO promises on their web site, their delivery service charges surprise fees upon delivery in Canada ("custom entry fees" aka brokerage fees). The delivery service will hold you package hostage until you pay. BHFO is aware of it, refuses to acknowledge it on their website, and refuses to reimburse those surprise fees. BHFO could avoid all this by either charging appropriate taxes themselves at the point of sale, or by using a better delivery service (like USPS), but they choose no to. BHFO lies on their website when they promise there will be no brokerage fees.
My experience purchasing items at BHFO for the most part has been ok. I was very disappointed with this purchase because the color was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a spruce colored Columbia jacked which was the color of the picture on the website. I am very disapointed because I only ordered the jacket because of the color. It was out of stock elsewhere. I got a regular plain blue jacket which I could have purchased anywhere else.
I have bought many items recently from this company and I have been very happy with the clothing and the customer service. The prices on the items I bought were great! I had two issues with items ( one shirt had a stain and the other wasn't what I ordered) Customer Service rep couldn't have been nicer and resolved the issues. The only issue I have is paying for shipping. It would be great if they adopted something like a yearly shipping fee or ( like Gilt and Rue La La a 30 day fee). Other than that I'm very satisfied!
Get new stock in plus sizes, sick of same items, you don't seem to get new stock in 1x size I live in Canada and must say the shipping time is excellent I have been dealing with this company for years and would highly recommend it
I order all sorts of things online. Most of us do. In the day of free returns I don't even care that it will cost me to return the jumpsuit I ordered. The insert that was in the package said to call for returns. I called twice and emailed twice and no return communication at all.
I may keep the jumpsuit that does not fit and will give it to someone but will NEVR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. You cannot survive mail order if you have poor customer service.

I think I received a wrong item, but they removed the listing shortly after I bought it, so there was no way to check it! When I wrote about it, I received an email after some days in which I was asked to return the item on paying for the shipping, so that would be twice the shipping, which would be about the price of the item itself.
One medium dress looks like a 2XL, one medium pair of pants like a an extra small; and the zipper of another pair of pants broken. All of these items were final sales, thus waste of money since they can't be returned or exchanged!
Answer: Yes. They really sell defective merchandise marking it final sale so it is not returnable.
