On Amazon not only do they charge you $8.56 shipping cost when they send out a shoe that is NOT TRUE to size they charge you $4.95 for shipping to send it back-LOOK OUT! So you are on the hook for $13.51 due to their lack of sending out a quality product.
When a company uses this platform to market their products no store front is in the loop and yet they still hit you with charges that MOST companies on this site do not.
When you can't try on clothing or shoes the consumer is at a total disadvantage and this company exploits that.
I bought a shoe and the product that was sent to me was not the correct one. The shoe box was the correct one, but the shoe was not. I went to check online again and the shoe that I wanted was no longer in stock.
I always find the best deals and I love sharing the best kept secret in internet shopping. Super quality name brands at unbeatable prices. I haven't purchased shoes anywhere else i since discovered BHFO.

Its a pitty that sometimes the ítems arrive and others don't, you have beautiful ítems in a very Goodyear price but the way you send them to México is ver unreliable, I don't why but the ítems didn't arrive
Crisp white cotton oversized blouse folded many many times to form a small ball and jammed inside a 7"x7" plastic bag. Outside packaging envelope was at least 11x13 so there was no need to fold in this manner. Could have been neatly folded flat to minimize wrinkling. Wrinkles could not even be streamed out.
I randomly came across this website while shopping for a dress. I found one that I loved and although I was hesitant to order due to the very low prices (thought it was too good to be true), I decided to try my luck and go for it. Shipping was so fast, and when the dress came in, in was gorgeous! I highly recommend and will definitely purchase from again.
Received what looks to be 2 different finish (left vs right shoe), which I didn't notice until I wore outside. I called Customer Service and spoke to Brittany. I also sent pictures/explanation. Vanessa responded quickly, offering a generous refund for the trouble. Unfortunately, I couldn't return as I already wore them. I love Dansko and the fit is perfect. Although discrepancy is noticeable, they're camo style so I'll got with that. Overall, the great customer service made up for the trouble. Very professional. Thank you!
I purchased a pair of shoes that had no indication of being Final Sale. When I called customer service I was told it should have shown at check out. I never saw that and have no way to verify that. I will never shop there again.
There needs to be a little more effort in the description and photos of the items featured.
The returns department receives and F in processing. The 2 orders I returned I had to call the company numerous times to get the credit put back onto my credit card.
I'm not thrilled, I'm not mad or anything like some of the reviews, for when I did reach out they were super responsive and gave me a shipping break, but I felt like the quality lacked and some of them really didn't look like they were represented. I may try again, I got a lot of one brand I wasn't really familiar with, but not sure. Will see how my return goes and how fast the money goes back into my account, want to make sure there are no problems with that.
I am writing to compliment BHFO on its professional handling of my issue. My previous review concerned an order which I never received. At first I was told nothing could be done to rectify my situation because I had not elected to insure my order at the time of my purchase. Shortly after I posted my review on Sitejabber, the Customer Service Manager from BHFO, Lance, attempted to contact me a few times via email and voicemail. It now appears that my purchase has been refunded much to my satisfaction. I would like to thank Lance, for the personal attention with which he has handled my problem. His genuine concern is a rarity these days.
This is the 7th time I have ordered from BHFO. Each order has met or exceeded my expectations! The shipping has always been faster than projected. The have amazing customer sevice that is personable, not like a lot of companies that use bots. One time, I did contact them about a question I had about a product. Their staff member, Lance, was very professional. He answered my question quickly and you could tell he was not reading from a script, and sounded like he loved his job. You will not be disappointed with this company!
I spent over 3 hours the night of the 20% sale. Loaded over 30 items in my cart...only to wake in the AM, vetted my items down to about 12...only to find out the sale had expired! It would have been kind to your customers to have the expiration listed on the entry portal...so we know what we are getting into!
Good experience call. I was nervous because I never heard of this site. Prices were good and they did a good job of marking final sale so I knew. One pair was a little smooshed but overall good. Only complaint was that the shoes took a very long time. I did return three pairs - it was very manual by email but worked well
The problem with some of their items- they have damages that for buyer they might look like significant flaws and for the seller (BHFO) they look like minor. The biggest problem- they won't always mention this flaws and while you might think you buy something new you actually buy something damaged and maybe worn. The last problem- they will rather block you from their ebay shop if you leave them negative feedbacks instead of trying to fix their service and control.
I have no idea about my order. I have not receive my order and I dont know when am I going to receive my items. But my credit card charge was applied. Please your urgent help. I paid but I did not receive.
I bought a lot of items and most of them are not my size. I would like to return some of them but since this was the first time I was buying from you I didn't know i cannot return the final sale. I found my favorite booties on their site and the price was the best I have ever seen. They were able to ship them quickly to me and I had them in no time. They are exactly as I had thought they would be.
I started with street moda which I've bought alot of stuff from, and everything has been perfect. One item I ordered the wrong size and that was my mistake, I'm not going to blame a company for that. BHFO acquired street moda at some point and then I've bought one or two items through them and everything was correct, and good quality.
Asked to change delivery address at least 8 days before estimated delivery date and did not want to help with it. Besides, after deciding not helped me, item was not delivered, I've sent at least 3 emails asking for refund and BHFO do not answer my emails.
