My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
I love b&h, I've been a customer of their photo equipment for over 30 years and would never change. Prices are great, special offers are great, sometimes free gifts are given, website is easy to navigate and now their pay boo credit card makes buying from them even better! Plus…they are honest and shipping is fast. I highly recommend them!

I have been a loyal B&H customer since 1999. I even worked right down the street from the NYC superstore for 10 years. Since I specialize in web, graphic design and business photography, I am constantly in need of the newest products and technologies to keep my small business going. I try to buy local as much as possible but B&H is my go to for the hard to find or more expensive equipment. I have purchased a drone, full frame mirrorless cameras and large format printers - products ship fast and free and I always get a fair price and a great rebate incentive.

I don't like 5-star reviews because they seem unrealistic but I've bought cameras, lenses and office cloud hardware from B&H and had zero problems with service, delivery or performance of purchases. I'm sure they have their issues from time to time, but my experience doesn't even allow me to rate them 4 stars because I have nothing personally to complain about.

B&H website is super easy to use: it allows you to compare product features and prices. Once an item is selected, it is just a few clicks to place your order. As an old B&H customer, I will also say that if you are dissatisfied with your product, their return policy is extremely-friendly. I returned products only twice in 13 years of ordering but this is equally important when you purchase online.

B&H has the best deals on tough cable and other network related items. I wish shipping was a tiny bit quicker, but I can always count on them to have what I need and that it will be high quality and as advertised!
Tip for consumers:
Plan ahead, prices are hard to beat and the quality is tops, but the shipping takes time. Takes about a week to get a couple of boxes of tough cable delivered.

My husband and I have ordered numerous times from B&H. He orders cameras and related gear, I order computer(s) and related items. We usually have technical questions that they always have the answers to. They are so helpful. Shipping is amazing. We joke that as soon as we hang up the phone - the doorbell is ringing with our package. It is almost that fast! There is never any pressure, or gimmicks - just straight forward help - with REALLY knowledgeable, PROFESSIONAL staff. Their prices are also always competitive. We tell everyone we can to go to B&H. Picture and sound on my TV kept cutting off and problems with streaming from my blu ray player. Tech expert gave helpful information, with options, on how to correct these problems on my old (2012) smart TV. Almost no waiting time to reach the tech person. No pressure to buy anything. Just straight information, un-rushed, and in clear language provided to me, a totally non-tech person. Greatly appreciated, especially after having completely negative experiences with other big box retailers.

I started out with mail-order camera gear from New York back in the 1980s. The Internet has changed it so much, and B&H stays up to date and ahead of the curve. They are great at carrying top-of-the-line pro products at the best prices, and their service and shipping have always been stellar for me. We are about to make a 10-day trip with a lot of photography planned, and I thought of a couple of last-minute things, and B&H had them and will get them here quickly.

I love B&H. I was looking to build a new gaming PC a couple years back and just happened to stumble on the site on Black Friday. The prices were comparable to other sites like newegg, tiger direct, or amazon but had the added benefit of not charging sales tax to my state (plus free shipping!). Needless to say I saved a bunch of money, not paying sales tax, on around $1600 worth of PC components. I've been a repeat customer ever since.

I have twice ordered open box items from B&H that were defective. When I called for an RMA to return the items I was told the replacement order would be expedited. What I was not told either time was that they would not be shipped until AFTER the first item was received and checked in. ("Expedited" is their standard shipping policy anyways.) This time around I remembered my previous experience, called back and asked for status when I didn't see a new order appear. I was told "I am sorry that was not made clear". There's a huge difference between that, and it never having been said. Last time it took several months to resolve the issues (I don't remember why). I can't advise buying anything but new from B&H; that's two out of two miserable experiences.
Tip for consumers:
They don't tell you that replacements for defective items only occur after returns are received and checked in. In my experience that takes about three weeks.
If you're gonna go that route, expect problems. If you need something urgently, consider buying the replacement instead and fighting out their return process

All the categories are displayed right on the home page so you don't have to find them in header menu bar. Nice site. In real life among other things I'm a commercial photographer and B&H has been a primary source for photo gear for many years.
Their web site allows easy searching and apparently un-edited customer reviews. Very helpful.
What really sets them apart is when you call in to the store. Their salespeople are very helpful - and they route you to a salesperson with actual product knowledge, not just the order taker of the day.
If you are in the market for photo gear of any kind - I heartily recommend B&H.

I've purchased many items through B&H, including some used items and I have never had a problem. The prices are good and they ship quickly across the country to California. The sales tax add on is unfortunate but that seems to be the case for all online retailers now. If you need electronics then B&H is the place to shop.
