My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.

Received my TV and upon switching on the screen was busted. They refused to exchange or refund because I had not reported the damage within 2 days(my fault as I was away and only opened the TV when I returned) Spent $350 for pile of junk. They could have easily see that this damaged was caused at the packing stage.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable very friendly and helpful. Shipping is efficient and delivered as promised. Only had one issue, where an item was packed in error at the Fulfillment Center, which was quickly resolved the next day.

B&H is my preferred supplier when it come to anything they sell. Always receive fast response to my questions (I uses their Chat feature) All my shipments have arrived on time, and in good condition. Unlike Amazon they don't ship you opened box goods when you purchase a product that is new. I have always felt their prices to be fair on camera and computer equipment. Completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone!

I have purchased several camera and computer products through B&H in the last 8 or 10 years. They are always a little cheaper than elsewhere, even for "price controlled" products like Apple or Cannon. Free delivery and no taxes make them almost always the best price I can find. And, I got a free gift card with a recent purchase, which I used to get a new camera bag.

My husband and I each ordered both items on his want list on the same day, Dec 6, even though he knows you don't order anything for yourself in December. Anyway, both orders arrived the same day. I immediately contacted B&H, explaining the situation and providing both order numbers and asking for an exception to the non-returnable software policy. Denied. I am very disappointed that there was no flexibility.

I usually use B&H for routine supplies and items I don't need to see "in person" before buying. But whatever I purchase from them, and I've been buying from them for years, they are reliable, competitive in their pricing, and have never had a single problem with any of my transactions. All in all, good people providing good service. That's all I ask of any vendor.

My sound-card died on my laptop, tried everything to fix it. Decided to get a USB card. Went to my computer parts supply store, then decided to see if B&H carried any. I purchase all my Camera and video equipment even since I move out of NY from B&H. Sure enough they had several quality options and even better prices. Done!

For camera and electronics B&H is one of my go to places. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I placed the purchased item in my cart last week, got distracted for a couple hours and went back and it was $20 more. Today it is $3 less than it was last week. I realize prices are volatile but that is a bit much. I already bought one somewhere else and when I was looking for where to buy another an ad popped up showing B&H had it cheap again!

I've compared stores, brick and mortar and online, and B&H has the best range with good prices. I can also ask questions and get intelligent answers which helps me tremendously. Every lens and other precious piece has come well wrapped and in good working order. Though, the return process is easy if something were to go wrong. This is the best place to get your equipment.

Great selection of more than just photo and video gear. It's really a one stop shop for most all electronics needs. It's the first place I go and typically the last.
