My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.

B&H does it again. Per usual I waited until last minute to upgrade my gear and I went to Amazon out of habit. Even with my prime shipping it would not get the gear needed here by the date intended. In stepped B&H. Quick search got me to the bag I needed and shipped to my door in 2-days, for FREE! All in under 5 minutes on the site.

Very reputable. Excellent customer service! Very friendly, easy to get a hold of and backs their products. I had made a mistake and needed a package returned and another one shipped. They immediately shipped the second one and paid the shipping cost and return cost even though the mistake was mine. Lightning fast delivery both times! The product was great at a good price. I buy all of my photography gear and traditional b&w film developing and printing chemistry from B&H photo. The prices are substantially lower than any local photography stores, and usually those stores don't carry what I'm looking for anyway. Great job, B&H! When I travel to NYC, I always make a point in visiting the store.

I had a question about how compatible a power system would be with my camera, the manufactures page gave conflicting answers. Couple of minutes with live chat and I had the answer. If by some remote chance it is a problem I know B&H will take it back.

I have been a B&H customer for nearly 40 years, I used to go to their store on 17th street in NYC to buy all of my photo gear. I was a professional photographer in NY for 25 years. The guys there were all knowledgeable and polite, and even laughed at my jokes. Many good times there. The prices are the best, and the inventory is astounding. You rock B&H!

B & H has a good website layout, which makes placing orders easy and painless. They had what I was looking for and the price was right.'
The only negative was the SITEJABBER review crap that took longer than placing the order and wanted me to log in with Facebook and Twitter. No, sorry sitejabber, I don't see the need to give you my Facebook password. You insult my intelligence while wasting my time. I have better not see my inbox spam level rise because of you selling my info. If I do, I will be filing complaints with both mine and your states' attorneys general offices.
Tip for consumers:
No sales tax for those of us outside of NY and NJ. You can't say that for a lot of established retailers, including that hard-boiled one that decided to put a shipping center in my state

The only reason why its not 5 stars is had to reenter card because of shipping address add. I get the security idea, and Amazon does something similar. Would recommend either taking the 3 digit ccd like apple or nothing at all and eating the fraud. Not sure of the amount so ill leave that to them. Basically, shut up and take my money. Don't make it hard to order. Amazon gives enough competition, should be easier and users will come here first when their is a tie in price.
