My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
B&H usually offers the best quality and value items in a class. They ship dependably. Prices are always reasonable if not great. They could improve the product search and filter functions on their website, but his is my favorite online retailer for electronics.

This store has no match, with competitive pricing, great support and fast delivery! When shipping to diffiult places they clearly staate there may be a day or two delay over normal delivery times. Their shipping prices are fair too.

Prices are usually within a few dollars of other outlets but would be nice if regular customers would get a 10% discount. Customer loyalty must have some value to every company. When there has been a screw up, they have (so far) made ammends. That gives me more confidence to return.

Looking for inexpensive filters for the upcoming solar eclipse. Weren't available on Amazon, but where here and at a better price. Also added an item or two more.
Paying for purchases was similar to Amazon's checkout system which made it easy to use. Even better, they took PayPal for payment. A plus in my book.
It's one minus, the cost of expediting an order. Hence the 4 stars.

I mostly purchase photography equipment here - but also occasionally audio equipment and some home electronics. Always happy with the pricing (with Payboo it's usually free shipping and effectively no tax) and on those occasions when I've had questions, I've gotten excellent help from someone who actually knew what they were talking about - this is especially true in the photography dept! Trustworthy, ethical and does business with integrity - what a rarity these days! Long may B&H stay in business...

No issues ordering, or paying, very quick. I just have issues with FedEx not delivering. Especially when paying extra for one day saver. Basically overnight, delivery B4 10:30 am. AT my location anyway, even when the building is open and I'm sitting in my office waiting, they tend to just take it back to the depot which usually cannot be picked up until 8:30pm. Very annoying and extremely inconvenient. They will mess up my entire day. Twice last week I had to go and get it myself. An 11 mile drive each way.

B&H is great with their new products. I have spent thousands of dollars (as we photographers do) over the last few years at B&H. However, on this most recent purchase I opted to take advantage of a special financing with their Payboo card program ran through Comenity Bank. I ended up paying it off in full after three months because their system was always "down" for payments and charged you $50 late fees. Then their system was conveniently down once balance was paid in full and were unable to report payoff to bureaus. I do not know if this is an actual affiliation with B&H or this is who they choose to represent them. Either way I will take my business elsewhere while they use Comenity Capital for their in house financing.

Consider this, it's in many cases a better research tool than even google! They have all information consistently laid out, they have comparison tools and a "wishlist" area to keep items you're wanting to learn more about or keep for later reference.
The reviews are made by real people and it's relatively easy to determine if it's inaccurate or a "fluff" review. Oh and the Q&A is very useful as well - if they haven't already answered your question just ask and in many cases you can get a response.
That's all without getting into the customer experience, almost always free shipping and relaxed return policy. Good job as far as customer experience goes.

I have bought more than $3000 audio, video and computer equipments on this website. Nothing runs into a problem. Although the shipping and return procedure is not as fast as some other merchants with local entities, such as Best Buy or Amazon Prime, B&H often outcompete them with better price and more free items.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using B&H for photography and videography.
Shipping is truly amazing, the free option usually arrives 2-3 days after the order is placed. I sometimes have trouble finding the exact item I need, but the "big ticket" items like lenses, cameras, hard drives, etc. are reliable. Lots of promotions and actual sales, not "sale price" that never goes away. There are actual discounts and promotions.
B&H doesn't have everything but they do a phenomenal job with what they have. I'm also glad to work with a physical location in New York, USA.

In the store or online, they have a great selection and knowledgeable sales staff. Recently there have been a lot of stock/backorder issues but I can't fault them for that. At least they alert when it's available. I was also very happy with their credit through Synchrony Bank. Recently it changed to Payboo so I hope the level of customer service continues and they keep offering no-interest promo financing.

Been buying equipment from B&H since 2001, starting with underwater video equipment, then land camera parts, video and recently computer, lighting and audio kit. They have a great range of equipment, with good descriptions, and user reviews. That makes it easier to decide if the part is the right one and if it is really for you. I also like the PAPER copy of their product catalogue, sent in the mail 3/4 times each year; it makes it easier to find items, and is also great to browse through to keep up to date with photographic equipment.

Almost everything I've ever purchased for a 30+ year professional photography career has come from B&H. They've always offered every product I could want, great service and prompt shipping with products that have arrived in good shape. Are they perfect? No business is, but they come as close as any business I've ever dealt with. I had only one time when they goofed and forgot to send the free items that came with a purchase. Even then, I called them, and they instantly and cheerfully rectified the situation. What else can you ask of them? I will only shop here.

B and H photo - I recently ordered a lens from this website after it was recommended by a friend. Everything was smooth. The web layout is easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for right away. When you pay with a credit card it is super secure which makes anyone feel more comfortable. Im on the west coast and B and H is in NY but it still only took my package 4 days to get to me. Also if something you want isnt currently in stock they have an option for you to receive an email alert when the item becomes available again (which i also ended up using). I plan on purchasing from this site again, no problems!

I'm a long time customer of B&H! But why? They are amongst the top tier of online merchandisers. The website is very user friendly, with lots of information in easy to find layout. Not only a general description and detailed specifications, but also "what's in the box" takes away doubt as to what is really included. If one orders by mistake they'll accept returns with no hassle. They are really honest and reliable.
Without doubt, unless I'm trying to get a once in a lifetime special price from one of the other megastores, B&H always comes in my first 2-3 choices for anything photographic or for video.

I purchase all my camera equipment thru B&H. There customer service is great when buying but beware when you need something. They are not honest. I purchased a D750 Nikon at full price. It was marked down $400.00 10 pass my 30 day return and you also got a free hand grip. They told me they could not help me as my 30 days was out by 10. Keep in mind I am looking to buy another lens over 2000. 00 and just bought one for that amount and a new flash. Told me to contact Nikon they would be the only ones to help me. Well that was an epic fail. Their a billion dollar company they cant help me they said. B&H lied. They could have issued me a credit or refunded something Nikon said. Instead they decided to loose a lifetime customer and many more because one word speaks a thousand

I have purchased cameras, lenses, accessories from B&H via the Internet. Every order was accurately filled & shipped in a timely manner. I ordered a used lens that had an intermittent problem & I also wasn't happy with the image quality. The customer service rep did not question my decision & emailed all info needed to return the lens free of charge without a restocking fee. They emailed me when they received the lens & refunded it back to my credit card. You can absolutely feel safe ordering from B&H. You will be treated fairly, & with respect.
