My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
Sure they have everything under the sun, may God help you if your order isn't right. Basically they tell you that "There is nothing we can do about it, here's the manufacturers number, good luck." I have spent thousands of dollars with them, trust me, they don't give a $#!}.

Pretty disappointed. Camera battery went dead after one use, (Had the battery for 45 days in my case). They said that it was beyond their warranty. I must send it into the manufacturer. A little hard to do when you don't speak or write Chinese. Oh well, back to my local guys.

I have a small business supporting local offices' computer and network needs. If I need something immediately, I can run up to Best Buy or Office Depot, and hope they have it. For computer builds I used to use NewEgg. But when I needed several specific pre-built systems, only B&H Video had what I was looking for. They customized the systems as I requested, and the whole process was painless.
Now they are my go-to first stop. If they don't carry something, then I go elsewhere for that item. But no store can carry everything, so that's not a dig on them.

I'm a native New Yorker, and I've been going to B&H for almost 30 years. I'm a professional photographer and I've spent thousands of dollars in this store. I wish I were wealthy. I'd live in this place! So far, I've never had an issue with B&H, and I hope it stays that way. I don't see any reason why there would be, but I'm just saying. Even when I had an issue with a return, there was no problem and they solved it right away. I really only have good things to say about B&H, and I intend on shopping there. Hopefully for another 30 years, if I last that long!

B&H has great selection for many product categories. Their regular prices are in line with the competition, but they have sales that are very good every day. Their online product information is the best. B&H is my most trusted online supplier. I have purchased from them for 30+ years.

I had always heard from my professional photographer friends that B&H Photo Video was the best place to find great equipment at amazing prices. I finally realized this in 2018 when I bought my drone and it was such a good deal! This is my second online order with B&H. I was really impressed with the shipping time on my first order (a telephoto zoom lens) and the quality and depth of information on the website. I only recently got into photography and am slowly building up my "gear" collection. This site has been very helpful, and I feel like I could spend hours on it whether actually purchasing or not. B&H was recommended to me by a friend who is a somewhat more experienced photographer. I do not feel intimidated, confused, or pressured by this site, even though I am new to most of this. If anything, this site has encouraged me to keep gradually learning and growing.
