My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.

I ordered a holographic sight from them on April 22,2023. They sent me an empty case with no holographic sight inside and scammed me $714.19. The case had been opened with no seal and the box had visible damage and wear to it. I sent the box back for BH Photo to inspect and filed a complaint. Before they even inspected the box they refused my full refund. Now I'm $714.19 in the hole without ever receiving my item

It's a rumor, but in Japan B&H is cheaper when I hear datk goes up in price.

I cannot even remember now how I came across B&H, but I have been a fan for quite sometime. Only recently have I had the opportunity to try out their products and services while shopping for Christmas though, and I can now officially say, should they keep up the service I have experienced thus far, I will be a longtime customer. I am a huge "tech nerd", always wanting the latest gadgets, and photography is my passion, my hobby, so B&H is certainly right up my alley. So far, prices are outstanding, deliveries have been timely and products received have been brand new as advertised. Just placed another Christmas order for several door prizes for my company Christmas party Friday evening - if they can get these to me before the party starts on Friday I will be Genuinely appreciative and so thankful - as will my employees! I paid for expedited shipping, so fingers crossed!

It sucks. I ordered four items at one time, but they all came separately, and at different times. I was not pleased at all by this experience, and the man that I spoke to was kind of rude. I rate this experience a 0. The picture at the bottom was how it was delivered. Crappy service. It was delivered to the back of my house.

Decent price but shipping is a little high. Shipping was $5.26 on a $12 order... IF there were any camera stores other than Best Buy left in my area, I probably could have purchased locally for cheaper than $17 on a $12 order. If I had more time, probably would have checked Adorama and others but its done. B&H you need to check your shipping prices! A shipping price of almost half of the price of the merchandise is absolutely stupid!

I have purchased several things through B&H. I built most of a gaming desktop through B&H purchases and they saved me around $300 on that build. I went to several different websites when looking for these Shure in-ear headphones and they were around $199 at all of them. I just purchased these around $130. I wanted these particular headphones because I had a conversation with a major music industry entertainer at the Kentucky Derby and he said he used Shure headphones on stage and in the studio. Disclosure... He uses the $1000 pair and I am not about to pay that much for headphones because that would break the bank for me. Anyways, I like that I can use PayPal on B&H's website for purchases. B&H also will personally contact you if your order will not get there in time (happened on a previous purchase).
To sum it up, B&H offers good pricing points and good customer service. I will use them again.

Checked many sources for this product and everyone wanted to charge $20 more plus shipping costs. My order with B&H was $20 less on each (2) items ordered plus FREE shipping. It was a much better buy with B&H, hands down... Thanks B&H for remaining an honest vendor.

B&H is great. Their prices are usually really fair, and they always ship great products. I purchased some lens filters from a different site that was cheaper, but when they arrived, they were dirty and all three were in different packaging. So I sent them back and ordered them from B&H instead. When the B&H order arrived, they were all unused and in matching packaging. Great customer service too! I highly recommend B&H

They won't price match a competitor's price on item that is $10 cheaper than them. Exact same item. Item is currently sold out everywhere and they are overpricing it and taking advantage of the shortage. So much for competitive pricing. You want to be competitive match the pricing of your competition.
Tip for consumers:
Don't count on them to price match even though they say they do.

When it comes to electronic gear, I've recently been finding that B&H has far more selection than other sites I've typically used (like Amazon or Best Buy) while still offering the same benefits and service as said sites (a no-fuss returns process, helpful customer support, and so on). They also have small quality-of-life features that I've noticed other sites lack, such as allowing multiple cards to be used during payment (a feature I'm continually surprised doesn't yet exist on all the other major sites). So high marks all around for B&H.

Wow! I was recently wheelchair bound and had the rug pulled from under my life. I decided a needed a hobby and got a camera for my bday last year that I had not used. Finally opened it, overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. Got on CHAT with Jesse and I was guided to find items within my budget to help me manage my new hobby with my new limitations. I purchased the recommended macro lens add-on, a mono/tripod and ball joint, filters for the lenses I got with my camera. I also got a flash just for my photos of flowers. I hope it is all correct and in working order as it was a great help to me with the chat, I had no idea what factors to use to make any of my own decisions. I will post a follow up once I receive all the items and see how they work. Until then, I am very excited.
