My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
I've been purchasing from B&H for 20 years, and I've never had a bad experience! There's only been one time that I had a problem with shipping, which was the fault of the shipping company. B&H refunded my shipping fee, no questions asked!

I live in Singapore. I tried to support the local business. 3 to 5 working days for a courier that takes 30 minutes. Welcome to 1970 for the Singapore attitude. Welcome B and H. Always on time. 90 percent of the time earlier. If owned a business I would benchmark with B and H. Do not save couple of dollars and take a risk to order. B and H every time for me.

These are one of the few Photography Specialists left out here! The website is great, however, making a decision on a camera can be quite tricky.
I had an amazing salesperson help me decide on a used not the new and flashy Nikon Mirrorless.
I went with a Nikon D500 and my photos of Antarctica are amazing! And I'm an average photographer!

Website is easy to navigate, relevant search results, makes it easy to compare, and doesn't have a bunch of ads jamming it up like other retailers. Customer service is awesome and made it east to ask any stupid questions. Shipping is free and fast. Best selection and price.

Paul was very nice and helpful. We were parked in front of BEST BUY in Santa Fe, NM to buy the Canon brand equivalent. Instead, we paid a little more for the BEST NIKON camera and recorder thanks to Paul's customer service. I have purchased many things from B&H in the past. I had to return a telescope because of a damaged part. It was replaced immediately. It's good to be back "home."

Horrible Customer service... We ordered an item in January 11 months ago (large order) one item was flagged back ordered. I requested notification when it was in stock. 9 months later we move, update the account in B&H, and 11 months after ordering we get a bill at the new address for the item, we haven't received. Turns out they shipped to old address, never notified that it was in stock or that it was shipping. Called and the agent wants to ague we should have contact of the buyers of our house... We sold the house at a title company, what?... I have been a very active customer over the last year, will not order anything else from them. Glad the timing happened when it did, about to place a large order and know not to use B&H for it. Not a good business model..., lost a $13K order over an $89 item... Adorama looks so much better now... B&H... I call it theft to be charged for something and not get it...

My wife and I ordered a lot of camera/video equipment from then in the past week. They got part of my wife's order wrong. When I called them about it they said we could either ship it back and after they receive it and inspect it (3-5 days), they would ship us a replacement. The other choice we had is to pay for a new one and ship the old one back. If we had ordered the wrong thing then I could see these options. We placed the order correctly and they made the mistake. They Arne't willing to fix their mistakes. They want the customer to pay for their mistakes. We will never shop here again.

It is industry-standard practice for a retailer to receive a customer's return before shipping a different (or another) item. The standard alternate option is a return-for-refund while the customer simply places a new order for the item originally wanted. I am sorry neither of these options was satisfactory. In particular circumstances we can advance ship the new item as soon as we can confirm the item to be returned is en route to us.
