My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
Basically i love B&H but they are offline too many times for holidays or events or something. I can understand their bricks and mortar location but their whorehouse and online systems should be 24-7. I can't tell you how many thousands of dollars from me alone i sent Amazon instead of B&H due to their systems being offline for some holiday or what ever. No disrespect but its online and should be 24/7. The other crappy part is their gift cards and credits. It should be attached to the acco8unt like Amazon because I've found by credits in the spam folder and if i didn't it would be gone forever. Also you can't paste and copy the long code you must type it. When you have 15 or 20 of them it sucks.

I have made a few purchases and returned a couple of items. So far so good. The website is easy to search and no annoying pop-ups. I ordered a power supply and gaming peripherals. Returns were no problem and I chose the gift card instead of cash because I will continue to shop B&H.

Title says it all. I have been ordering from here for the past couple of months. I have no idea how this place escaped my attention. Good prices, and customer service is also awesome, they exchanged a DOA mobo with no problems. I searched high and low for Tascam dp-008xp digital recorder, but no one had it in stock, and the few that did wanted well over retail price. I came across this co. BH photo&video, got a great deal $149, free shipping, and they even threw in a nice gator bag to carry it in. The packing was perfect, took good care of my product, and made the delivery a day early. Great buying experience. I discovered that my Shutter Boss wouldn't work with my new camera but before I ordered a new one, I wanted to check and see if I had any adapter options. The tech on the chat couldn't have been kinder or more helpful! I really appreciate using a company that knows their stuff! That's why I choose B&H over any big box store. Replacement of old MacBook and iPad plus peripheral gear. Significant changes in connections to back up devices and large display devices requiring details needed to obtain correct gear to be shipped to my location in the West. Website details, illustrations and customer reviews provided great insight. Made one phone call to Sales Department. The representative was knowledgable and offered a couple options with upside/downside on alternatives. As yet incomplete as delivery is 3 days, but thus far very good experience.

I Found the prices very interesting even with us Dollars conversion. Saved about 200$.
I bought 2 Moto G5 + 64GB. DId not find it this cheap any where else.
The site was really easy to use. I like to be able to log by facebook for creating a new account with no hassle. Make it almost instantaneous.
I choose to prepay my custom fees, I don't want any custom hassles. I still have to see if the shipping is gonna be excellent, but reviews said it is so I have confidence.
I know some people claimed they haven't paid custom fees, but I value my health care and education system. I'D rather make sure I pay my taxes.

I guarantee if you have a legit gripe, these guys will make it right. As an avid amateur photographer since the '70s and I have patronized numerous photo/video outlets both local and mail order throughout the years. Also, as many others, had a bit of a challenge switching from film to digital during the last decade. When DSLRs started to hit the 12-megapixel point and the image quality began to rival the best films (not intending to start a debate here!) I started to dabble in digital cameras. B&H was instrumental in both educating me - some of their tech help folks gave me very accurate and honest information, at one point even telling me not to buy - and helping choose the equipment that best suited my needs even when it was less fiscally advantageous for them! Their interest in my satisfaction as a photographer was more important than their profit. Very happy customer here!

I have used B&H Photo over the years with generally good luck, but sadly the service levels just arent what they used to be. Ive ordered items that go on backorder with no shipment, no updates. Emails to request status that are ignored. Phones that arent answered for some holiday or closure. They direct you to chat, but despite being "#1" in line 30 40 minutes without help. For this, I can use Amazon, same or lower price, and no customer service, which is all B&H Photo had going for it.
