I have made a few purchases and returned a couple of items. So far so good. The website is easy to search and no annoying pop-ups. I ordered a power supply and gaming peripherals. Returns were no problem and I chose the gift card instead of cash because I will continue to shop B&H.

For the last year or so I've done quite a few transactions with B&H - all online/phone. I'll continue to do business with them - with as many transactions as we've had a few things needed to be exchanged/fixed, and for me, every time I've been totally satisfied. Title says it all. I have been ordering from here for the past couple of months. I have no idea how this place escaped my attention. Good prices, and customer service is also awesome, they exchanged a DOA mobo with no problems. Comparison shopping has consistently shows that the prices here are either comparable or better than other sites.

I searched high and low for Tascam dp-008xp digital recorder, but no one had it in stock, and the few that did wanted well over retail price. I came across this co. BH photo&video, got a great deal $149, free shipping, and they even threw in a nice gator bag to carry it in. The packing was perfect, took good care of my product, and made the delivery a day early. Great buying experience. If you need any kind of digital recording equipment check out BH photo&video, and if they don't have it, sweetwater is definitely a trusted site with awesome customer support.

I discovered that my Shutter Boss wouldn't work with my new camera but before I ordered a new one, I wanted to check and see if I had any adapter options. The tech on the chat couldn't have been kinder or more helpful! I really appreciate using a company that knows their stuff! That's why I choose B&H over any big box store. You might think you're saving money by going to one of those places, but when something goes wrong... who ya gonna call? B&H! Not only are they reliable, their prices are competitive and their customer service is top o the line!

I Found the prices very interesting even with us Dollars conversion. Saved about 200$.
I bought 2 Moto G5 + 64GB. DId not find it this cheap any where else.
The site was really easy to use. I like to be able to log by facebook for creating a new account with no hassle. Make it almost instantaneous.
I choose to prepay my custom fees, I don't want any custom hassles. I still have to see if the shipping is gonna be excellent, but reviews said it is so I have confidence.
I know some people claimed they haven't paid custom fees, but I value my health care and education system. I'D rather make sure I pay my taxes.

... and fair prices; they aren't going to sell you junk either. Don't forget too, the aren't Amazon (very important)! I see some bad reviews on here that aren't true. I guarantee if you have a legit gripe, these guys will make it right. I have been dealing with B&H for years and they are solid... all of my big purchases get done here from MacBooks to cameras (which I just bought).

Having access to items you need - THAT ARE IN STOCK, is worth the cost. I've been a customer for ~30 years. As B&H's competitors have fallen by the wayside, they earned more and more of my business. You may find someone that offer's you "a deal", however, two weeks will turn into five weeks... You lose in every metric. Smaller regional shops have a place, when you plan ahead and are close. If planning way ahead is your strong suit and you never break, lose, misplace or pack______ in the wrong box; wonderful. I generally need it to be in stock today and on my site tomorrow. That is what makes B&H my go to.

I bought a camera from them in 2002 and just bought a hard drive. Both were priced great, fast shipping and they don't charge MA sales tax because they don't have a MA presence, so I saved 6.2% over an Amazon.com purchase.

I have used B&H Photo over the years with generally good luck, but sadly the service levels just arent what they used to be. Ive ordered items that go on backorder with no shipment, no updates. Emails to request status that are ignored. Phones that arent answered for some holiday or closure. They direct you to chat, but despite being "#1" in line 30 40 minutes without help. For this, I can use Amazon, same or lower price, and no customer service, which is all B&H Photo had going for it.

I called and spoke to Alex and he provided quick, accurate answers to my questions enabling me to complete my purchase. Yeah - sometimes I've found a skosh less cost on eBay or elsewhere, maybe a skosh, maybe not, but B&H has been so good in their pricing, service, returns, and used item processes - it's hard to shop for photo gear elsewhere. I ordered a 40" TV through B&H Photo and it came damaged. I contacted them and i had to pay for another television to get a replacement sent out to me. I then received the second TV and it was damaged as well. The box the TVs were delivered in were very thin and offered no protection to the TVs. They made zero effort on the second TV to ensure it would reach me undamaged. Both TVs were sent back and i have received my refund for both. Even after two damaged TVs i was going to try for a third time. Looking through their products i came across a TV that i was very interested in. It was on sale and a size 50". So i called them up and explained the past issues i had and the trouble i had been through and wanted to see if i could get the 50" sale price on the smaller 40", which one would think would be a better deal for them. The guy was rude and basically told me to go pound sand. I urge people to approach this company with caution.
