“Urgent: Misdelivery Issue and Fraud Concerns”

My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.

I've been buying from B&H for a couple of decades, still have a Canon Markii - you know, the cameras that use rolls of film - and I got the best price on it from B&H and have checked their pricing before purchasing electronics since. Great service too. Just ordered a Macbook Pro today, $150 cheaper than anywhere else. Kudos.

Ordered Dell laptop and received Asus monitor. And they said that if i drop off the wrong item at fedex they will start processing my laptop immediately. So I did the same and shared the tracking info with them but now they changed their tone, they are not sending my product immediately. Three different Customer Service Assistants gave three different statements about their return policy. I am really disappointed. I don't know when they will send my laptop and I hope at least they will send correct one if they send. They don't believe in Customers. They send 230$ product for my 899$. I learned my lessons this will be my last product from this site.

The title to my review says it all. I have always been pleased with the B&H online experience. Should I have indepth questions; there is always someone in customer service who knows the answer. This is "over the top" in today's world. I give B&H Photo an ATTA BOY on all they do.

Tip for consumers:
One of the easiest sites to navigate I have seen. Just type into the search bar what it is you are looking for and in seconds B&H displays a world of choices. The reviews are factual and on target.

The B&H web site is easy to use. The illustrations are so plentiful and the descriptions so thorough and clear that you know exactly what you are choosing. And the huge stock assures you that all the various options for an item are available. B&H is "head and shoulders" above other sources.

I have been dealing with B&H Photo Video for about 20 years. I have never had a problem with this company. They stand behind everything I have purchased from them. Never a problem and no wasted time when I work with B&H. I highly recommend this company for any video professional.

They have every brand of everything BUT what they really have is a VERY SMART STAFF that will spend time with you and guide you not by price but by what you need. They are honest. They will teach about things, why this is too much camera for me or why the older model is just as good.
It is really nice to know, I can always trust them. And I have for over a decade. No tax and maybe free shipping.

Honestly, if the beach weren't so fantastic, I'd weekend at B&H. Conversing with the staff is always a treat. They've always got what I'm looking for, solutions for issues as well as ideas, and the return policy is perfect.

It si a recommendable option for the photographers. I managed to get a good camera from them and I am glad. I also bought a new battery for the same camera for them afterwards and I have never had any issues with the products. If you have got here then you should not turn back.

Simply the best, I feel bad for all their competitors. They always have the best price, they alwasys get it here fast... my only complaint is when i need to buy things on the sabbath or a jewish holiday and I can't get it shipped.

I was splitting a payment and it wouldnt process one of my cards, said there was an issue. So had to put in on a different card. A little annoying but not a big deal. Also really liked that splitting the payment was an option!

I have been using B&H for more than 20 years. I bought my first Canon camera EOS-620 from them. And I am still buying things from them today. I have been going to the store or events. So Thank You B&H.

B&H is the best source for great gear at great prices. Its is also the best source for information and specs on gear with the best pricing around. I have nothing but positive things to say about B&H! I've been buying gear from here for nearly 30 years and won't go anywhere else!

B&H makes it easy to shop for and compare products in photography, videography and consumer electronics. It's prices match most other websites but what sets it apart from the other websites is the product reviews. I've found that B&H reviews come from users who know what to expect from a product and judge the product based on it's intended use and price; not from what they hoped/thought it would be. It's the first and last place I go to when shopping for products they carry (and I check out other websites in between).

I had ordered something that was expected to arrive a certain day, but I know they had probably hundreds of orders to process because of a long holiday. I wasn't in a crazy rush to get my items but did need them before a shooting day and they ensured it would be shipped by then.

Ordered masks but then got an email saying it was out of stock after i placed the order. Why did it take my order then? Next day though, i got an email asking if i wanted to order again because it was back in stock. I did. So we'll see...

I've needed batteries and chargers for discontinued cameras and B & H has come through for me. When my son wanted a very expensive camera, B & H had it at a great price and shipped at a reasonable rate.

I order many things (too many) online from my friends at B&H. Why, because I trust them. I have shopped at B&H (online) for many years and have never experienced a problem. If for some reason I'm not satisfied with an item or there is a problem with an item, B&H takes care of it with no hassles. I highly recommend B&H!

I really like this website and this position. They really have it all. I am professional photographer, I have getting new arrivals from this site. Not camera also. I once required a Nikkon camera for my home. They had me talk with this guy who convinced me to invest less cash. You must watch this B&H site.
