“Urgent: Misdelivery Issue and Fraud Concerns”

My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.

I needed to pick up a number of items for a shoot at the end of the week. They had all the items I needed and they were running a free expedited shipping special so I'll have it all by mid-week with plenty of time.

My Nephew told me about B & H several years ago and I have been using them ever since. They seem to always have what I need in stock and their on like check out system is the best. I have checked prices far and wide and B & H is highly competitive and in most cases, have the best prices and free shipping. I use my PayPal account for my funds and it makes checking out quick and easy.

Realized I ordered the wrong product when I received the package (fast delivery). When I called, received return authorization immediately with no questions asked! Reordered the right items.

B&H is awesome and consistent. I have been using BH as my primary source for photography and computer equipment, and sometimes audio equipment since 2003 or thereabout. I fine that their systems are good and reliable in general. I also fine the website and checkout to be stable and pretty easy to use. I do enjoy shopping at BHphotovideo.com

Found what I was looking for on the website, but unfit was out of stock. I registered that I wanted a notification when it came in. Within a couple of days I got an email that the item was back in stock. Got it ordered today. Wonderful experience!

B&H is a mainstay of our AV gear ordering. We are a university tech support organization. Many of our large systems are integrator installed, but there is still a range of gear and peripherals that we need to purchase directly.

B&H is a reliable partner for that.

The process of ordering was quick and easy. You could check out as a guest or login with a pre established account. Either was it was great. Easy to follow prompts and it was interactive from start to finish to make the ordering process simple.

I have always been happy with the products bought from B&H. Today I bought computer speakers but have bought camera's, lens, and everything camera related only from B&H. They are helpful on the phone when you have questions and stand by the products they sell.

Their search engine is good. I found a item that I couldn't find elsewhere which is how I learned about B&H in the first place. I did notice that in June, 2017 they were feuding with their employees over unionization. I definitely prefer a union shop so I will be watching how things turn out. If they unionize I will continue shopping with them, otherwise it will be back to my previous photo supply place.

B&H always has the best price, and customer service is awesome. As an event photographer since 2012, there have been countless times that B&H had the best product & fastest shipping for my needs. Today, I bought a brand new Laptop for a price that all other sites were only offering "refurbished" for the same price range. B&H is AMAZING in every way. THANK YOU!

Top customer service on the phone and in the store. Knowledge base of associates is great, and if they don't know, they look it up, as opposed to transferring you to someone else where you get disconnected blah blah blah

Descriptions have been accurate on all items I have ordered. I have always been impressed by the reputable and up front description of items. I do not have to worry about a hidden gotcha.

Email reminders on reward points about to expire are very helpful and appreciated.

I've been a B&H customer for over 18years. They are my go-to retailer for pro audio, consumer audio, photographic gear, computers and lighting. Whenever I need any of these items I search B&H online first, then I check the competitors; and, 9.8/10 times I'm back to B&H because they have the best price, dependable "In Stock" notification, dependable shipping at great rates, and dependable customer service should when I need it. B&H is a trustworthy online retailer.

This site is very easy to compare similar items with regard to features and price. The reviews are useful and present both the good and the bad things about an item. I frequently have to change the shipping address and the site makes it easy to ship to different sites and bill to another site.

I have ordered quite a bit from B&H and I never had any issues. If you call customer service they are always helpful and will walk you through any issues you have. I always feel comfortable that they will take care of me.

The Search Engine could use a re vamp took me a little while to find the name brand items I was looking for through all the "Better priced" of the same items. You had most of what I was looking to obtain. Was lacking in the "Newer" name brand items I need. Over all good prices for name brand items I did find.

Don't buy unless you're willing to accept the item in ANY condition it comes in. Attempting to speak to someone at the store took forever, when connected they were adamant that as long as they got their money they don't care the condition the product is shipped in. Go to KEH or Adorama.

I love, love, love B&H. I have purchased multiple expensive items with them and had zero issues. They are fast and their customer service is spot on. Majority of the things they sell are less expensive than anywhere else on the internet. Highly recommend!
