“Urgent: Misdelivery Issue and Fraud Concerns”

My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.

Never had a problem with B&H in years of being a customer, ordering camera and computer things. All has been online - and i expect to call and get recommendations for a replacement computer monitor. The new (to me) B&H Payboo cements the continuing relationship!

Online order is easy to do. I always order my Kodak 9810 print paper and they always come on time when I needed it. I always buy my camera equipment to this place and they are very prompt when it comes to delivery.

Best prices, best shipping, and the obviously best selection of equipment, both consumer and pro quality, of any store in the world. And visiting the main store in NYC is the most incredible learning and shopping experience in the world for photo and audio equipment. I met someone earlier this year who lives in Colombia. I was admiring his photo equipment and asked where it was purchased. "B&H," he replied. "There is no better place to shop."

Their website is easy. They have EVERYTHING a photographer would want. And using their app or the online site is super easy. I love that I can read about everything I am interested in, and if I want to find accessories, they are all listed for me to easily locate! B&H is my favorite photography store!

B&H is my go-to store for photography and computers. The site is easy to navigate, the descriptions are clear, the reviews are helpful, ordering is easy and delivery has always been fast. I compare the site favorably with Amazon which is the benchmark for most on-line purchases. I don't buy cameras or lenses from anyone else.

Horrible Horrible Experience! Do NOT BUY from them if you want something quickly. Do NOT TRUST their Expedited Shipping. I ordered some items spending considerable amount of funds after they offered Free Expedited Shipping which is 1-3 business days depending on the location. However, after I placed the order, the website said I would get those items in 5-6 business days. Why would B&H Photo advertise and promise a free expedited shipping when they do not send the items by expedited way? It is a total lie just to have the sales, not an honest service. I only placed an order thinking I would get it on time as a gift for a special person. Now, I got nothing. Zero Star for you B&H.

Get their catalog - while their website is amazing, if you are on this website, you owe it to yourself to get their full catalog as it is easier to browse through all of their professional products. Just email them and ask to be on their mailing list.

BH always has the best prices, quick shipping, and expert customer service. Other than the occasional ebay purchase, I've shopped with B&H for all my photography "needs" since 2007 when i bought my first Canon SLR. Try as I might, i haven't found better prices on gear anywhere, especially 35mm and 120 film prices.

In this time of need we are all assessing our strengths and weaknesses. B&H was there and working in times of current need. This pandemic we are all facing is creatively pushing us to all ends. UPDATED. This was initially a 2-star review. They had sent me a faulty camera, and then only refunded the price of the device itself (not the shipping, which was considerable). After posting my review here, and describing the situation, I received a refund from B&H for the cost of the shipping. Which was the right thing to do, so I'm bumping it up to a 4-star review. Previously, I would have given them a 5-star review, because I've bought from B&H for years and always been happy with them. But I'm docking a star for this because, if I hadn't posted here, they would NOT have done the right thing. I don't think customers should have to do things like this to get treated fairly. So I'm glad they responded appropriately, but I'm docking a star for having to call them out in the first place.

I ordered two items from bhphoto and both were delayed in shipment. To return I was told to refuse shipment by bhphoto and eventually FedEx just shipped it right back to me a couple days later. I asked for a faster prepaid label being paid for me but if I returned they would make me pay for any return shipping. And it was slow return shipping. I have to now pay for faster shipping so I can get it back to them asap and receive a refund. Not helpful, very cheap company. Would shop elsewhere

The products and prices look reasonable. I purchased an item from Canada by mail and I had a lot of difficulties getting information about tax from sell and customer services departments. After that, B&H never concluded the delivery. They never tried to precise the address or communicate with me in any way. I had been waiting for the never delivered product. I just received a mail 10 days after, saying me UPS couldn´t deliver and they only returned the item. Every time I tried to communicate with customer service, I didn´t get any appropiate answer. So, I wasted my time, B&H took my money for a delivering they never did. It seem B&H to be a great corporation, but the service is like a bad supervised mechanical response that finally cause damage to the customer

I love this store. The site is great, the prices are great, the shipping is the fastest and no taxes. B and H is a cut above the rest. I'm not just saying this.
I purchased a lot from here and always will. When you check the prices you will see that the shipping is faster and what I really love is the no tax issue. If the prices are the same, the taxes and shipping is far better. Customer service can't be beat.
