My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
This is my latest of many purchases from B&H and they have all been excellent. Had to use Customer Service once and the experience was terrific. Also if you need consultation about a purchase their representatives are great.

I've been buying from B&H for some 15 plus years. Always reliable and not any more expensive than Amazon or eBay. When you need help, you can call their number and someone answers immediately. No navigating through a jungle of leads as to customer service. Super friendly.

Good prices for camera gear and other electronics. Occasionally you'll find prices lower elsewhere, but if you can't trust the order will come as promised, it's not worth the risk to go somewhere else.
They are owned by people who observe Jewish holidays, so occasionally you have to wait a few hours before placing an order.

I started a film business in 2017 and since then I've bought about 95% of my gear through B&H and the experience has been a great! They mostly have what I need, sometimes with even better options than other places and with savings, and if for some reason the gear does not turn out to be what we needed they've allowed us to return it to get our money back. There are a lot of companies/business that are frustrating to deal with online or over the phone but B&H makes it easy! Their staff is knowledgable and helps with good recommendations when I'm searching for particular items. You always want to know that you're taken care well when spending a lot of money and these guys do exactly that!

For some strange reason, I still always research the price of what I need at other places. One of these days I'll figure out that's a waste of time because B&H always has the best products at the best prices.

Probably one of the most comprehensive electronic sites I've came across. Found the B&H site while searching for a home security camera system. B&H had the item I was looking for at just under $200.00 less than any other retailer. Plus they gave free shipping on the system I bought. After purchase there was good communication via email and the system was shipped out the same day. I have fallen in love with this company, their site content, and the services and competitive prices they offer. I've only made a couple of purchases to date but so far they receive an A+++++ rating from me.

I state this as fact when I say, there's not even a discussion in what company is the best at providing professional photographers with the equipment they need online. The one downside I see is that I consistently get my orders very late. That doesn't mean they don't have the best and widest selection of photo gear, because they do (and at extremely fair prices). Returning is as easy as it gets. Customer service sometimes takes a while to reach, but they are always helpful (except for one dude, but maybe he was having a bad day). In any case, I've never come across another photo gear provider who provides so fully.

B&H has been delivering top quality gear at reasonable prices with first class customer service for years. I've been buying from them for 40 years and never once had a problem that was not solved instantly and to my complete satisfaction. I only wish B&H would start a training course for other industry leading businesses to learn how it's done so maybe the bar would be raised in the cell phone service, health care insurance and cable TV industries? I started using BH while pursuing my BFA in Photography and they have always been dependable, plus shipping is fast (this saved me during finals). I've had to buy products almost every week for school and through all my research they have some of the best prices.
