After many purchases from B&H I really trust them. I cancelled my amazon prime subscription because most items I would buy off amazon I can get from B&H, and I got tired of wondering if I was going to get a genuine product in the mail from amazon. They always have what I need(primarily photography equipment) at a reasonable price, pack it well for shipping, and ship fast. One of the few companies I would feel comfortable asking for purchasing advice.

“Urgent: Misdelivery Issue and Fraud Concerns”

My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.

I've been a client since the mid 90s and I only buy something on Amazon, reluctantly, when BH doesn't carry it. I love the fact that I can call and talk to a knowledgeable BH tech in any department so easily. Try that on Amazon and good luck!

I called for info on a rrs quick release clamp for a rss ball head I just purchaised There are a few and I wanted top get the right one. I spoke to the first expert and he didn't know the difference of the clamps. So he put me on with a different Expert he didn't understand what I wanted. Then he told me I needed a plate. When I told him there were 3 clamps he told me I needed the wrong one. Then put me on hold for 20 minutes. Thank god I called really Right Stuff and told me the right one.
Both were very rude. I will never buy anything from B &H again. Always use Adorama there customer service are informed and Professional. I will go on every website to c share this experience.

B&H photo is like the "Costco" of camera equipment. If it's got their name on it you know you are getting quality. But what I really like most is their COMPLETE description of item and reviews. I research every peice of eqipment I buy on B&H first. Never had an issue of any kind with any order. Been buying from them for years and have never been dissapointed. All orders arrive on time or early. Called or chatted with questions a few times and staff was friendly and very knowlegable every time. Keep up the good work B&H!

I have been looking for a lens to reach out and get better images and have been limited to my Canon 70-200 lens which has been quite good but limits ability to get the definition at the distance I have been desiring. So I bought this beauty, I will post a follow up after I get my hand on it, I can't wait.

On almost every order I get really quick even under the Covid 19. Of course there are some things beyond their control on backorders. Yet, my experience has been great. Out of all the numerous things I have purchased only one has been backordered.

Reliable and helpful.
My only complaint is B&H's delivery service in my area (Palm Beach County, Florida) which is UPS.
UPS always gives the day of delivery, but always between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. Not great if I have to sign for delivery. Contacting UPS doesn't help. I never know in advance from B&H if I have to sign for delivery.

This is a one of a kind company that is a very honest, first class retailer. I first learned of B&H when I watch a 'Casey Neistat' you tube video (That Guy is crazy) anyway I checked out their website and started comparing prices (I suggest you do the same) hands down great prices. I had bought a used/refurbished Nikon 300 2.8 lens that gave focus problems in low light so looked at the 300 f4 plus a 1.7x teleconverter. I liked what I read about the new 300 f4 with its Fresnel lens and small size and to my delight I found a 9+ rating 1.7x in the used section. Just what I wanted so I quickly bought both. For me it was such a productive shopping trip.

Excellent customer service - I recently purchased a Canon 5D from them and it was defective with bad autofocusing. They let me return it to them directly and sent me out a new one within a week. This company has wonderful customer service. I highly recommend it.

I've been taking my time deciding on which phone to upgrade too. I've been on a GSII unlocked version for far too long. After researching for days, i was lucky to stumble upon B&H. I bought my first ever Digital Camera on line, nearly 5 years ago. Always did my homework, hefted the Cams in Stores but until lately, if you ordered on line you could always get some really good bundles in the Internet Stores...

Bring in bhphoto which in my opinion could and should be the standard normal
In the Internet Store Industry... I have always gotten excellent service and product from this site, ordered everything from film to lenses to Full Packages of Digital Products including batteries, battery charges and Specialty Products for film cameras.

Their Customer Service and Product Guarantee is Number 1 in my book...
