My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
That user survey must be getting put to good use, because my experience just gets better. Everything I need to know or see is right there. Most recent tweaks to the checkout have made it less confusing. As for customer service, I had an issue with an order and called CS. They were on it! The customer service rep kept me updated on the situation it was awesome. The one thing lacking are more user reviews, and thats not so much a site problem as its a user problem. Overall Id say Im more than pleased with my ecommerce experience.

Online purchase made on Jan 4th. Email receipt indicated item would be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. I called several times for updates and on February 4th was told the item status was now on back order. Interest free loan scam... What a joke...

A great experience! Consistently B&H offers the best in the selection, pricing, and service. With that combination, it only makes sense to return when the need arises. I love there daily special offering that they email, but sometimes I might love them a little too much for my budget. You can purchase without concern because if it doesn't meet your need, they will help find what will!

I've been doing business with B&H for many years now. I've ordered a lot of items over the years some big and some small. They are always priced well and if an item happens to be one of their "Daily Deals" you will most likely NOT find the item anywhere on the web for less money. Today prior to this review I bought a small item for!/2 the price it was on Amazon--50% cheaper!
The one area in which this company really shines is customer service. I've had to contact them on several occasions and it's always been a great experience. I don't think I've ever dealt with a company that has so many people on staff with the level of technical experience that B&H has. They really know their products and have helped me out many times.

I have been buying things there for years. It's always gone well and the one instance where something was damaged on arrival they sorted it out promptly. This order was an assortment of odd's and ends I needed, filters, lens hoods etc. The prices were fair, everything was in stock and the 3 days freight was free. Hard to beat.

Their website still has problems with iOS, but it's getting better. Prices are good, phone service is better than it ever has been in the past, and shipping and returns are quite good. I like that they stock much more than either of my local camera stores. I use B&H exclusively for big ticket' items.

As much as I love buying from a local camera store, a lot of the time the product has been opened/returned/used in some slight manner. Usually not a big deal until you consider how much you're paying for it. B&H because they are such a large volume dealer, never has this problem. The product you get is always brand new and in perfect condition. Add easy ordering and great customer service, and it makes me love them so much more =) Do yourself a favor and skip amazon and best buy and just do it right and shop here first.

B&H stands out because it is still privately owned and the company carries value to its customers with honest services. When corporations care more about their stock holders than their customers it shows. I have moved off Amazon and onto B&H for all digital product purchases. They have always come through.

I needed another eyepiece for camera. Didn't know if B&H would be interested in furnishing such a small item. Size and price. Sent email. Returned in two days with search number. I purchased and went ahead and pick out couple more items than normally would not have bothered with at time.

B&H Photo Video offers the best variety of high quality electronics, great customer service (live chat, email, phone), the reps are quick and knowledgeable and make sure that all concerns are answered efficiently and promptly, the prices are amazing, they offer free 2-day shipping on a lot of orders, and my service with them hast jus been great. I ordered my item like a week and a half ago, it was shipped that same day, and I received it in 2 days new as promised, in great packaging. I was also contacted if my service was adequate and if I had any other concerns. B&H Photo Video is the Premiere Online retailer for electronics. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
