My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
I've been shopping at B&H Photo & Video for several years; they have a huge selection of photo, video and consumer electronics. Their website is very easy to navigate and their search function works great! Their prices are very competitive and they often run sales deals on the products that people want. My orders always arrive in excellent condition; packed very well, no crushed product boxes. A shear joy to order from B&H. A loyal customer over 21 years. When it comes to customer service or returns, there is no equal. Excellent and helpful staff whenever I've needed customer service. Don't bother with any other mail order company as these guys are the only deal in town.

I'd been a customer for B&H for over 7 years. I like buying from them as they have great service. I always get merchandise delivered in reasonable time. In addition, it's nice to not pay sales tax as I live in California. That's considerable saving when purchasing expensive equipment like camera lenses or Apple products

I've ordered new and used from B&H over the years with plenty of details about what's in the box and quick shipping. However, this time, what was included was not comprehensive or even minimal under the product description of used items. But, short on time before traveling, and with the promise of free expedited shipping, I ordered anyway. Four business days later, my delivery had still not left their warehouse. With only 2 day before I left, and a call to B&H, they did find and overnight the merchandise. But, that gave me no time to learn and use the product before traveling. So, I'm probably going to continue ordering from them, but I'll be a little cynical about their "expedited" shipping.

I've been dealing with B&H Photo Video since "Pre-Digital Video Daze." They have consistently had the lowest prices and the highest service. The greatest thing, even though I had been in the business for over 45 years, I still have questions about the technology, like all true professionals do, and they always have the answers... or will certainly get me in contact with someone who does. Why? Because informed customers, are satisfied customers. I really look forward to the day when this pandemic is over, so we can all get back to attending the NAB Convention and the personal service meet and see meetings in their booth. Great selections of computers and prices. Fast shipments, Sales tax refunds. I have made multiple purchases from them, not a problem every time. Latest purchase was discounted an extra $100 after my purchase. I emailed to request that they honor the lower price, and they refunded the difference to me.

It was easy to ship purchased items from USA to Canada and pay with a Canadian dollar Credit card and a Bermuda billing address. Many sites get confused. Bad news is I would have paid more for expedited delivery and there was no option. 4-9 days is not very useful

This is the first place I look when I need photo equipment, supplies, gear. Then I check the web for better deals. I almost never find a better deal from reputable sources.
A couple of times I have ordered the wrong thing, exchanges have been easy.
Often there are no shipping charges. No tax charged up front so I don't have to ask the IRS for a refund in April. I just pay sales tax based on my state's rules for out of state & online purchases. Great for my business record keeping.

I get annoyed by angry idiots that leave bad reviews because they expect to hit the order button on a computer two thousand miles away; then walk outside three min later disgusted because a magical unicorn has not delivered their products.
