My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
I've purchased a wide variety of items from B&H Video over the years, and had numerous questions answered by their fantastic tech department. B&H is hands down the best company to buy any sort of photography, computer, visual product from. And usually they also have the best prices but I typically buy from B&H even if their price isn't the lowest because of their professional service and tech department. I am a beginner to photography, so of course, I have a lot of questions. These guys take the time to explain things. They have every thing that a photographer needs. I have purchased a few accessories and a couple of lenses from them and have never been disappointed. I love their big catalog. They're not always the cheapest, but they are comparable enough for me to buy from them. Because of all of their help with my sometimes stupid questions, I stay loyal to them even when I can get something a few dollars cheaper elsewhere..

I used to order most of my gear from Amazon, but their shipping has become so unreliable that I pretty much only use them for stuff I can't find anywhere else. As a professional photographer and small business owner, I have come to appreciate the reliable service provided by B&H. When a shoot is on the line, I know I can trust B&H to deliver on-time, every time. Amazon has left me scrambling on more than one occasion, but B&H has always delivered as promised. They always seem to have plenty of stock on hand, which is more than I can say for my local camera stores, and their prices are very competitive. I rarely feel the need to contact their customer service or return an item, but when I have, they have taken care of me. I've been ordering from B&H for 10 years or so, and I have yet to have a bad experience.
Tip for consumers:
Just be aware of their holiday schedules. They are closed on all Jewish holidays, often for extended periods. I don't see that as a negative (I actually kind of find it refreshing), but it's something to keep in mind.

I love B&H Photo! I've bought every piece of my gear from them for the past 25 years, and their service is exceptional. However, today the web site declined my credit card, and advised me to contact the bank. I did, and the bank advised that there was no problem with the card, but that B&H had not submitted the charge for approval. I understand that there can be glitches, and I had another card I could use, but this sort of thing is quite contrary to my long and valued relationship with B&H. Perhaps their webmaster could take a look at my transaction to see what the problem might be.

I have been a customer for a bit less than a year, but have been impressed by B & H's prices, customer service and ease of delivery. I have purchased items for both digital and film photography that were hard to find elsewhere, and they always have a good price. So glad they use UPS shipping rather than the postal service - it means I actually get my packages delivered to my door, rather than have them lost in the mail.

A lot of items are in stock, they have fast turn around & great prices. When purchasing from other vendors I may find better pricing but quality is always questionable, I never know what I'm getting. With B&H I know I'm getting brand quality and not a knock off.

I had been looking for a microphone to best amplify my hand pan "HANG". It has been a challenge because of the convex shape of it, with the middle note being the loudest and the closest to a mic. I went to the B+H store and talked to someone in the audio department, who knew how to solve this challenge. I had to have the microphone out of my way to not hit it with my hands and The SR 25, which was suggested has been working really well at a little over than 36 inches from the instrument. I have been buying all my equipment, photo video and audio from B+H and really appreciate the fact that the sales people are well educated, and will suggest not only the most expensive, but the most appropriate equipment

I have done several purchases over the years with B&H with great satisfaction. The products I've purchased have all been first class. Although I have not received this purchase I expect the same quality product. I've never had to use customer service. But I would hope they are as efficient as their web page. B&H Photo is always my first stop for anything photography related. I find their site easy to navigate and their product descriptions are typically full of pertinent information. Their Customer Service Department is second to none. Not that I have needed them that much over the 8-9 years that I have been shopping here, but when I have they have always been very helpful and cordial.
