My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
The sortiment there is just outstanding. If you need a camera or a la[top you can visit this site and find something for yourself. I didn't have any problems with ordering and receiving the item. It came in perfect condition and I am very pleased with that.

I've been dealing with B&H ("Beards & Hats" as the joke goes) since the early '90s. They have always been fair with their prices, superb with their customer service and as immediate with shipping as is humanly possible. They continue to innovate (more videos for pro photographers from experts in various fields) and add product. As far as I am concerned they do everything as exact and expeditious as can be hoped for.

I was referred to this site for a particular product (digital camera). It was exactly what I needed, and the price was fantastic. In fact, I ordered a similar product from another site for about the same price, but it didn't have any of the extras (SD card, charging cord, carrying case) that came with the one I got from B&H. My review is lower than 5 stars because of my last order, BH wanted a signature for the shipment. No one is available to sign. Which lead to a week delay getting my purchase.
They should let the purchaser decide if a signature is required. Very frustrated

I have been buying from B and H for decades and have always received the product(s) as described. I cannot even say that about Amazon. When I am buying pieces of equipment that must be compatible with other equipment I already own, it is crucial that the description of the items be accurate and current. My business depends on my gear operating at 100% accuracy. Because I can trust B&H to deliver the items exactly as expected, I go to them for all of my high ticket items as well as expendables. If you haven't purchased from them yet, you owe it to yourself to make them a part of your team. I really appreciate them for their commitment to helping all businesses, not just the big guys. Although they are not in my home state, I consider them a "local" store because they care about maintaining their reputation with their customers.

Since some of the items you are looking to buy may be complex as well as expensive, check out how many ways they offer assistance. They have fantastic product descriptions as well as live chat, customer reviews, and Q and A for every product. I have used B&H many times. It's very quick and easy to checkout, items are packed well, shipping time to your door is good.
If you have to return an item there are no bumps in the road and if you have to talk to customer service, they will make you smile.

As usual, very clear and straight to the point. This time I removed one star, as this stupid form to enter the delivery address kept requiring a postal code while there is no such postal code in Qatar (selecting "Qatar" should have disabled the postal code requirement).

My association with B&H goes easily 30 years back. I used to visit their store on 17th Street in lower Manhattan. Shopping by mail couldn't be easier and on those occasions where I need to rush into the city, through the Lincoln Tunnel, it's a breeze with their convenient and safe free parking.

It has everything you need when it comes to photography, videography, and many more careers. The reviews seem honest on all products. The returns are as easy as it can get. The price ended up being at least $125 less than a comparative price found up here in Canada. The shopping was easy and I was especially pleased to have them offer to take care of the customs and clearance for me (as that can be a particular pain and rip off for us up here). B&H Phoo Video has been my go to store for six years, back when I bought my first camera and began producing video full time. Ethical, helpful, knowledgeable, and great customer support. The fact that they shut down for Sabbath and Jewish holidays (though a bit inconvenient for customers) says something very positive about the company. BTW, I am not Jewish, I'm an evangelical Christian.
