My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
I have always used B&H for any of my video and/or photo needs, because they always have what I'm looking for, they have great prices, and they have fast delivery time. They also have great customer service and their website is very easy to understand and navigate. Lastly, I bought a used Nikon lens back in 2019 that I still love and use today. I have recommended B&H to multiple people!

You can sometime find something cheaper but you never know what you will get.
Sending stuff back to China can cost more than what you bought. Good stuff at good price and people who stand behind it. Thats B&H it's a win win win.

There're photo company's around the country that I have dealt with In the past. I would always have to talk with a salesman to make sure what they were sending me was not from the gray market. I've never had to do that with B&H, they always have what I want and in stock. A couple of days later, I have what I ordered and I'm happy.

I once bought a Vienna Symphonic Library single instrument there a few months back & it took 2 business days to get my download link & serial number from them. It was a downloadable product not a shipping product. However when I left feedback they responded politely.
I wish they would include the pro tools mbox 2 with the upgrade to pro tools 12 again. It was a special bundle they had exclusively at BHphoto for $200.

I just purchased a Mac Book Pro from B&H. It was on sale and offered $850.00 off the list price. Today it was listed at $1100, 00 off list price. Best prices, service, and delivery. I always tell my friends I bought it from B&H. It was easy to find the item and to check out and the price was good in compared of the other stores.

B&H is always a reliable and trustworthy dealer of the highest quality gear. Amazon has great shipping options, but you're never sure if you're getting good quality equipment.
Many of the brands that professionals trust, only sell through reputable resellers like B&H. Amazon may have great shipping options, but a lot of times your purchases are actually made through third-party companies like "Cheap Tech 4 U" and are simply fulfilled by Amazon.
I trust the quality of my craft to the gear that I have. I trust the quality of my gear to B&H.

Always fast shipping and the best customer service. I have been a long-time customer and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my audio, video, and electronics needs. Bought Thinoptics package from them. Thinoptics is always sold with 2 pairs. B&H package only contained one, yet charged me the same price as the Thinoptics site for 2. Reached out to B&H. They sent me a return label that cost $11 to use. Outrageous customer service.

I am please doing business with B&H, very responsible and diligent.
I am starting a business in sound, video and music production and everything I have needed, and currently own, they have delivered it in a timely fashion. I have been in this purchasing process for almost a year, without any hurry in order to be ready on the expected opening date and not screwing up at the beginning for wanting to make money fast without being ready. I expect the business to be ready for business on 1 November 2020. I have plenty more things to buy, but for later on, I hope they don't change their customer service recipe...

I really like their website. I find it easy to get what I want or to find a suitable alternative.I love that they stick to their values and remain closed over the sabbath. In all my dealings with these people, on line and over the phone, they stock what they sell first hand... they are not a portal in the sense of Hayneedle.com... they have been in business in NY, NY for 30 years and have competitive prices and excellent service. They are experts in what they offer, so if you get something that is out of alignment they can and will verify that. They are not scared to agree with you because they simply charge back the item to the company they ordered from.

Ordered a Parrot Teleprompter V2 and the price was $36 cheaper than Amazon and delivery was free (vs. $24.95 for this particular order for some reason). Plus, if I have any videography-related questions, B&H is the expert. No brainer.
