After many purchases from B&H I really trust them. I cancelled my amazon prime subscription because most items I would buy off amazon I can get from B&H, and I got tired of wondering if I was going to get a genuine product in the mail from amazon. They always have what I need(primarily photography equipment) at a reasonable price, pack it well for shipping, and ship fast. One of the few companies I would feel comfortable asking for purchasing advice.
My name is Marco, and I'm from Brazil. I made an international purchase on the B&H website on 11/26/24, with delivery scheduled for 11/27/24. I work in content creation and recording for the internet, and I purchased an SSL2 interface. The delivery address was in Kissimmee, FL. This order was to be brought to me by a friend. I tracked the delivery on the B&H website, and the package arrived on 11/27/24. I contacted my friend to confirm if everything was correct. To my surprise, the product didn't arrive. I checked the FedEx website and saw that the package had been sent to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503. I contacted B&H to report the issue, and their response was that the product had been delivered and that nothing could be done. They said their website confirms delivery data before completing the purchase, which didn't happen in my case, as no such confirmation appeared for me. I double-checked the Kissimmee, FL address before completing the order. It's important to mention that earlier this year, I made another purchase through B&H to the same address, and everything went smoothly. However, this situation is much more serious. Outraged by this delivery error, I started researching online and found other serious reports of customers facing similar issues, and it seems that these occurrences are being completely ignored. In my opinion, there are signs of a scheme where criminals are compromising B&H's website, possibly using USB devices in places with internet access that prevent IP identification. These intruders interfere with the purchase process, redirect products to alternate addresses, and no one notices, not even B&H. I wrote to the company asking them not to ignore my report, as they have a great reputation, and this is jeopardizing their legacy. Please consider the following: How could I have specifically directed the shipment to 166 Bristol Ave, Hyannis, MA 02601, *******503? I wouldn't have known how to detail that address. I have no personal or professional connections to anyone in that region. If I had received any notification about a different address, I would have noticed the error and corrected it immediately before completing the purchase. Why was this address concealed, and why wasn't I notified? I only discovered this Massachusetts address on FedEx's website, as it was never shown to me. This situation clearly indicates a serious problem. Please understand that I am facing both a financial loss and a serious impact on my work. I am a digital content creator who depends on this equipment and trusted your store. As an American company, I believe B&H should value consumer rights. I've asked them not to ignore this issue. There are clear signs of fraud that will continue unless addressed. Finally, considering the clear security failure in B&H's online transaction system, I understand that B&H holds co-responsibility for completing this compromised transaction. I should not be penalized for the vulnerability of B&H's system. I have requested a solution beyond the responses of "we can't do anything" or "you wrote the wrong address." I need this product to continue my work. I've provided my phone number here in Brazil in the hope of a real solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await a satisfactory response from B&H.
B&H is my on-stop online store for photo equipment. They don't play games like some other cheapo places. What you see on the B&H website is exactly what you get, AND for the price stated.

When I ordered a product from B&H Photo that didn't work, I asked the manager for a refund, and he mentioned the no refund policy. I explained to him that the product didn't work, forcing me to buy the product somewhere else as well, the manager wasn't understanding at all... in fact he was kind of rude about it. I'm NOT EVEN MAD ABOUT NOT GETTING A REFUND, BUT BY HOW THE MANAGER TREATED ME WHEN I ASKED FOR ONE. That manager should think about his approach and how he comes across before responding to a customer's concern. I was polite the way I presented myself, he should've done the same... especially at a CUSTOMER SERVICE job.
Tip for consumers:
When buying software you are better off buying it from the people who make the software, rather than from B&H Photo. For instance I should have just bought Adobe Premiere from Adobe.com rather than B&H Photo.

I'm a total amateur, so I'm not going to act like I know what I'm doing with this camera yet. All I know is that it is solid and looks like a toaster before you assemble the lens and battery pack to it. I got the shoulder mount along with it, but not the viewfinder - seems kind of useless to have the shoulder mount without the viewfinder unless you have a remote monitor or something similar.
So as an amateur, the one striking thing about this camera is the focus assist feature. My biggest fear with getting this camera was the lack of auto-focus, but now I'm confident putting on my big boy pants and actually moving the focus wheel by hand. Still playing around with the exposures and ISO settings, but it's nice to have a physical control to use when making those adjustments, versus having to scroll through a menu.
I was originally going to get a standard URSA Mini 4k. After researching it, for someone at my level, it only made sense to me to go with the URSA Mini Pro 4.6k.

It's the Payboo card, actually, a stroke of genius, that leads me ALWAYS to go to B&H first. ONLY if B&H doesn't have what I need AND the need is urgent do I turn to Amazon or Newegg. If B&H doesn't have the item in stock, but the need is not urgent, I just request notification and buy it when they get one.
I've returned a couple of items, and it couldn't be easier. S&H have always been perfect, and shipping is usually free.
My only wish is that B&H would put a store around the corner from my house.

I ordered a laptop from this company and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. There was a large flashing banner and a count down on the webpage explicitly detailing the delivery date. My order was confirmed via email almost immediately, but no tracking information was provided. The order was for over $2000 so a signature would be required. I attempted to get a delivery estimate so that we would be sure to be home, but then I was informed that my order had been "flagged for verification", despite them already charging my credit card. I was also told that I had to call their "verification department" and that they were only available by phone during limited business hours. I attempted to call, and was transferred from one CS rep to another, both of whom did not work in this special secret department and were unable to provide me with any information. I was told that their verification team was simply too busy to take my call and would eventually get to me, but they couldn't say how long that would take. In the meantime four additionally unauthorized charges were placed against my credit card, supposedly for "verification purposes". I eventually, after the item was to have already been delivered, canceled the order through their website, and within 10 minutes someone from the super secret verification department attempted to call me.

We received this order on 06/07/22 at 11:15am. It was cancelled the following day. Since the customer's credit card was never charged, no refund is due. Our credit card FAQ advises:
Customers with USA billing addresses will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping. However, a credit card authorization hold occurs at the time the order is placed.
