I have been shopping with B&H for a while now and I get stellar service. Anytime I need help with anything, I can quickly connect with someone via their chat and have never been steered wrong. They are the most professional, friendly and reliable company I've ever had the pleasure of shopping with.

I have been a B&H client for years, buying all my photography gear and beyond. My entire family is now a B&H client. My go to site for cameras, lenses, binoculars and accessories. GUI on website is topnotch, easy to navigate considering the vast number of items they carry. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. I went to store for years when I lived in metro area and now online.

Better selection of Apple computers than the Apple Store, free two day shipment, and on $20 for one day. I have ordered a lot of A/V equipment from B&H over the years and every order has been perfectly filled and fast. In an age of declining customer service, it's a pleasure to know that B&H maintains its high standards.

In this instance I found a lower price on Amazon. Doesn't happen very often. I followed the instructions and within 10 minutes had the lower price accepted. No hassle, no telephone calls just good service.

Had what I needed. Fast and Easy. (SanDisk 256GB iXpand Flash Drive Luxe for iPhone and USB Type-C Devices). Amazon had it for $26* more or $6* more with two-week delivery. *I am a PayBoo user so I save the $6 tax
