Bidet King

I purchased a Brondell Swash 1400 along with a 5 year warranty from Bidet King and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The seat and the top of the unit cracked every 2 months. At first the Brondell honored my warranty and replaced them a couple of times. After that they started charging me more than the unit was worth to replace the parts. When I complained to Brondell customer service they did nothing about it so I am left with a cracked bidet I paid over $495 for a bidet that is worthless and ugly. My expensive warranty purchase is a joke! Brondell customer service is horrible!
Do yourself a favor and do not buy Brondell products from this company or you will regret it!
