While penny auctions are pretty much all gambling this particular site has got on the band wagon of giving your bids back if you BUY the product after you lose on it. Of course you are not getting the product for a good price, you are getting it for probably full MSRP and it is probably a product you wouldn't buy to begin with except for 1/1000th of the price.
