I got my new leopard gecko almost two weeks ago from this company. My little guy is doing fabulous and I'm so thankful that he was well taken care of before I adopted him. Highly recommend for anyone considering an exotic reptile!

One star is one to many.This company makes any replacement of a lizard that arrived half dead IMPOSSIBLE! BUYER BEWARE!

Paid almost $90 for a baby bearded dragon, they aren't specific or let you know in anyway what the age of the baby is. By the size I'd say a few weeks. Again I have no choice but to guess. And the 4or 5 categories to choose from... one picture of a dragon that's obviously not anything like what I got... didn't have my hopes up too high anyways. But if a category says high colored and see the example is a yellow dragon Don't Send Them A BROWN dragon that looks nothing like the picture, like it's from petsmart... dude the ones at persmart have more color on them then this little guy. Ima love and take care of it regardless of its color, but i was given options and paid for something i picked out and did not get that, so its a little disappointing. I have a grown hypo citrus dragon. So there's a big difference here. They need to work on their website. It's just not going to bring them business. The baby seems healthy. Eating good and is responsive and active. I had alot of issues with my order pending for several days. And not being approved until I called them personally to ask what the deal was even though the amount was taken out my bank as if it was a done deal. I hope they can take this as positive criticism to better their work. Thank you for my new dragon friend, he will be in a great home.

I tried to get a snake from them... they wanted to charge me extra money for reasons im unclear of. Then when they reached out they told me what I wanted wasn't actually in stock like the website claimed and I could get something else. I kindly declined and told them maybe in the future I could go to them as I was still excited. For reasons unknown they messaged me this morning. Asked for my order # when given they said it wasn't one of their numbers. Mind you I have two different confirmations of the cancelation the day prior. I then searched their number and saw who was reaching out. I again said sorry and I thought it was a different company I just purchased a pet through. They had the audacity to message back laughing at me with emojis and saying good luck... if I were to be professional wouldn't you still want someones business. If I went somewhere they thought was a bad place wouldn't you want to help a potential customer instead of bash on them? Give them advice and try and steer them in a better direction. Completely sad and the reviews of how many people have gone to the better business bureau on this place is insane... good job acting like a middle school child and losing someone that was actually still willing to go to you in the future. Very professional... clearly...

Came the day it was supposed to. Very calm and non defensive snake. Great customer service answered all of my questions and still does to this day.

Tip for consumers:
If u have a problem don’t hesitate to contact them they answer back quickly.

The reply time is slow but they have a ton of business at the moment. Well worth the wait.

They make you spent a lot of money and then charge an arm plus leg for shipping.

For what! They taken people as fools with the price. You can get it cheaper in local pet store.

Our panther chameleon a brown female didn't even last for two week. She end up growing black infection on her tail and die in a week. They don't refund your money back and give you a 3day return policy. The reason why THEY GIVE YOU 3DAYS RETURNED POLICY IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT WILL DIE SOON AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY. WHEN PET STORE GIVE YOU 30DAYS RETURNED POLICY. YOU CAN DELETE MY COMMENT BIG APPLE PET SUPPLY. I WILL CONTINUALLY Review. THE SERVICE LET ME TALK ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY DISAGREE WITH YOU. THEY Won't believe you but explain to your customers why you got 3day policy when everyone else have more then 3 days. This is more about money then it is about pet. THEY SUPPOSE TO BE PET EXPERT BUT WHY YOU GIVE US A SICK PET. OWN UP. THEN YOU WANT TO OFFER US A PET BUT IT DOESN'T COST THE AMOUNT YOU KEPT OUR MONEY. SEND US FREE ONE. We are upset and we are very honest people.

So here's my whole experience... brace for it... it just keeps getting weirder and weirder... i'd accidentally auto-filled an old number, they come back with "order on hold, incorrect number" with nothing else, do not say how to fix it. So i give them my order # as proof of my order, and change the phone number to the correct address. They send back a screenshot with the convo they had from the person who apparently now has my old number and all it said was "order still on hold" again, did not say anything on how to fix this problem. So at that point, i figured i have to re-order with the correct number. They then claim that all i need to do is verify what was items were on the order. So i did... but then they said..."i'm gonna send you an email of what you need to do" so i was like ok what ELSE do i need to do? They give me a fee, NO explanation for the fee whatsoever. So i assume it's either a shipping, relisting, or "seller inconvenienced" fee. I pay the fee, presumably for the wrong phone number on my first order. Despite NEVER mentioning this before, they come back saying "it was because an item you ordered was out of stock and the next closest was more expensive." he NEVER mentioned this. So, i actually sent a SCREENSHOT of the email, showing they NEVER mentioned what that fee was for. At that point, he realized i wasn't going to fall for his bulls*** and decided my retaliation for his dishonesty was not worth the risk. I dont' know what's up with these people, because they DID refund me. That's what the 2 stars are for... 1 star would've been if they hadn't... i just think it's a bitter old man or something who runs this business and expects everyone kiss his toes and to play his stupid game.
