My experience with a big basket was fantastic, I buy veggies regularly from a big basket and I have to say they have very fresh fruits and vegetables. And mostly saying that I don't have to be in a que or have to go buying vegetables from the shop, BigBasket has proved to be everything I wanted in an online supermarket for me. Helpline providers are always able to assist you with any kind of query.
My orders don't get delivered in the delivery slot booked by me and get cancelled by them without informing me. They lie blatantly and give frivolous excuses like not allowed inside by security and my number was not reachable which are both shear lies. On raising the issue with customer care only shallow promises are made and no action is taken to resolve the issues. This is not a one time experience. I have gone through this hassle multiple times over the last two years. Pathetic level of services and heights of unprofessionalism! They should just shut shop as they don't value their customer's time.

Ordered red bananas but received green bananas painted in red. Kids and women are eating this artificial colored fruits. Please never order from the apps who can not control quality. Pathetic playing with health of ppl. Their are many ways to make money. BIG BASKET Management please reach me, I will let you know ways to make money with out cheating people
Since 4 days my items are in basket. At checkout it says try later, every time I try to place order. I understand huge demand but then they could allot any slot after couple of days. On their home page slots are available. Instead they asked to deposit funds in their wallet, I did. After that also order not accepted. Tried pathetic customer care. Finally am told service in your area is temporarily stopped. My question is why they asked me to deposit funds in their wallet if knew they can't take the order. This is cheating a customer. Now I am almost begging for my refund. They are not bothered. Never ever trust them

My advice for all... don't use this site, in Delhi. I am not aware of their services in other cities.There are better online options. In such hard times they are harrassing and cheating customers , speaks volumes of their business modules. They ask people to add money to their fund wallet... for that they are prompt. After that customer is dumped and person has to fight for the refund. Now I am almost begging for my own money. Customer care services are passing on the buck. Big cheats
I have ordered papaya along with other other fruits and asked to handover to security. It was not even packed and has some major cuts on it. Its really a poor quality. After charging so much not worth to buy online especially from Big basket.

I am a regular customer of Big Basket for many years I have been availing big basket.
Today I ordered 1 kg Tomatoes and found that all the tomatoes are coloured as the dye was sticking on the skin of tomatoes. In all the tomatoes some holes are there, it seems they have injected colours into the fruit/vegetable.
We even don't know what grade food colour they use, if its food colour or some chemicals.

Worst experience ever had with big basket, after escalation several times also many times order doesn't reach you and they refund. This is really frustrating, if the items not available it should notify us
They are very consistent in providing really bad products. Uncountable times I have complained but it seems they don't give any importance to their customers. Hope they stop spending money on star endorsements and provide good quality products which is the essence of their business. I wish i can upload videos of the stuff they send with insects, worms, etc. Save yourself and your family by not ordering from them. Don't even bother complaining as they might just laugh at you after the discussion and send even worse product next time.
The service aspect of Big Basket is dismal to say the least. Deliveries are not firm and cancellations happen at the last minute. Often the quality of certain vegetables ad fruits is not at all good but they do refund the money when they receive a complaint. Refund is not the answer. Customers order for their need and they cannot be getting bad quality stuff. Seems there is no quality control in procurement. Customer care is absolutely dismal and if one may notice, the same standard answers come from them each and every time. I feel like asking them to also furnish us with their list of excuses so that we do not have to read their full excuse and they can just quote the serial number in their excuse statement. Being a TATA enterprise, it is quite surprising and shameful.

Their delivery boys r so unprofessional, they deliberately cancel d orders, they delivers as per their convienience, never order from big basket. Amazon and Jio mart gives you the best satisfactory services. For my side. I will give to big basket
I ordered vegetables 3 times and all the times those are almost damaged when it reached to me. Worst customer support and even no reply for amount related queries. Phone support is worst. Pls pay amount just before reach/after reach otherwise if some items r not delivered very difficulty to get back ur amount.
I am very disappointed with your service.
If possible I would like to rate 0.5, reasons are mentioned below
1. Main reason I ordered through your site for item Prunes
2. All the items are costly compared to outside what I get
3. Even Worst part is they are not refunding the money to my bank account, and forcing me to buy from them by providing the money to my BigBasket Wallet.
They will deliver order as per their convenient time not as per your selected time slot, even if you call their customer care they wil be rude with you, they will say that delivery people have many orders we can not deliver yours on time if you want cancel. That's how their attitude is. Absolutely hopeless app ever. Never using it again and going share this with my friends, social media and everywhere i can to let them know how worst this app and people who are working for it.

In this the of corona virus outbreak, it is expected from good brands like bigbasket to prepare for such times so that the infection does not get spread. Delivery boys have to go to various houses, so it will be best if they wear a mask and wear gloves too. I had ordered as I didn't want to go to the market die to corona virus but after I got my order, I went back to disinfecting my doors and handles and even the packages that were delivered to me.
This is with reference to my order no BGUO-**************, I ordered dry fruits. Almonds and walnuts were very old and also they are sending expired products. For reference I am including photo of expired mustard sauce big basket sent to me
Don't buy any vegetables from big basket these people are doing fraud business. I ordered 3days ago nobody didn't call me and saying that after connecting to customer care, I have mentioned wrong address so order is given to someone.
First of all nobody called me and I'm waiting for my order finally these people saying that money will not be refunded.
Really these service very fraud and cheating the people.

I have ordered twice from bb only as I trust TATA. One item was not delivered, cash not returned.
Response to queries slow. Customer service could be much better. It helps customer to continue the relationship.

My delivery was cancelled without information and no refund given they say they take 48 hours for the refund to get credit the same that BigBasket is using tata's name and spoiling the name every other app reference to the upi is refunded immediately but not this cheater company they are surviving on our money by keeping it for more than 48 hours shame on you big basket get their name removed from this company

Ordered normal and also organic chillies. What I recieved was both normal. This is not the 1st time. It happens always and not even once an organic item is delivered.
U raise a complaint and the only solution they have is to refund the money and nothing else beyond that

I have ordered vegetables 3 times and the quality is not at all good and we can say worst and even though after receiving complaints, they are not charging their quality procedures. Just removed the app from my mobile.
Had placed order 3 to 4 days in advance but, BigBasket all of a sudden cancels the order on the day of delivery without prior information. Customer service is not helpful as they do not try to resolve the situation. They are like parrots who only tell that they are sorry for the inconvenience, you can place the order again. Once we place the order with BigBasket we should also have a backup plan else we will have to starve!
I'm a bb star member but i'm not getting any slots even when the app shows that slots are open. I've tried to talk about this problem many times but it's constantly ignored. Secondly i'm being charged for delivery which was promised that bb star members will NOT have to pay any delivery charge. I'm very disappointed with their attitude.
