My experience with a big basket was fantastic, I buy veggies regularly from a big basket and I have to say they have very fresh fruits and vegetables. And mostly saying that I don't have to be in a que or have to go buying vegetables from the shop, BigBasket has proved to be everything I wanted in an online supermarket for me. Helpline providers are always able to assist you with any kind of query.
My orders don't get delivered in the delivery slot booked by me and get cancelled by them without informing me. They lie blatantly and give frivolous excuses like not allowed inside by security and my number was not reachable which are both shear lies. On raising the issue with customer care only shallow promises are made and no action is taken to resolve the issues. This is not a one time experience. I have gone through this hassle multiple times over the last two years. Pathetic level of services and heights of unprofessionalism! They should just shut shop as they don't value their customer's time.
Continuously accepting order but after days or 2 days sending msg that due to operational reason your order is cancelled and money will return after 7_8 days.if you are operational constraint stop taking order since people are ordering essential food items. Uour sorry msg will not feed the stomach. Highly inefficient I will not recommend for essential items feel cheated.
I ordered vegetables,paid around 390/-
They cancelled and rescheduled for more than a week and now I have a balance of 100/- in my account, I stay in a complex where security is 24/7 still the delivery agent cancelled saying no one at home

BB are big cheats. I started my account with them a few years ago. I sparingly used the services. Deposited around 1000 in my wallet. After a few months now when I open my account they claim that the balance in my wallet is zero. They claim that there were no transactions in my account so far. Clearly it is a scam. They are making accounts disappear and swallowing the wallet money. They are cheating the people.
Upon repeated checking with them they bluntly claim that the balance in my BigBasket wallet is zero. They never told me that they maintain other accounts/branches in the name of BigBasket. Now after several searches wasting my precious time I find rupees thirteen thousands in my wallet of BB daily; I do not want to deal anymore with BB since I lost confidence in them, but I find no way of withdrawing my money. Several people are cheated this way.
It's going to be a month since big basket cancelled my order and till date no refund is done if I send a mail the only answer I get is ticket number is generated and the team has been asked to do the process. This is the second time that they are harrassing me for my refund worst set of team... Chester's
They are a bunch of crooks who have found new ways of enticing people to join their group so that they can market it to the world saying that more and more people are joining them. This is to inform all that please do not believe this group as they cancel and deliver orders at their whims and fancies.
They follow their convenient policies, they will not refund money for the products which were not delivered, we have to call them calculate and get the refund done, don't have a minimum responsibility to resolve customer complaint.

The worst online service among all existing in India. They accept orders and take the money, thereafter as per their wish they cancel the items and refund money to their wallet to keep you engaged in future. The offer codes after being accepted are rejected citing technical errors. Where does it happen? Deliberately After canceling my discount, they said they would deliver the order at much higher prices, against my will, on cash on delivery. Then how are you different from a local grocery who also does the same?! We are still waiting for refund of canceled items. Overall - avoid BB. Go for other option.
We have ordered grocery and fresh fruits to reach my disabled relatives in Howrah. West Bengal. The order no's are MKOO-************** on 18/04. Latest order no MKOO-************** on 20/04.
Since the last 4 days they say delivery boy is on the way and then say order cancelled due to operational constraints at 10:30 pm IST.
Nobody answers the toll free number when called. A stupid chatbot irritates you further when you get to chat mode of support.
This is very frustrating. Though we had bad experiences earlier, we tried again due to the TATA name being associated with it.
Anyway if you want to order, order at own risk and wait indefinitely in anticipation of the order delivery.
After ordering regularly with big basket I was surprised to see that the reason for rejection was address not found as they delivered regularly to the same address and request all the costumer not this delivery service is not worthy the delivery guy coming to my parking area has gone saying he can't come to third floor
Very disappointing service of big basket. They did not delivered the stuff in the time slot. When I called, they just informed that they will not be delivering the order and on being asked on rescheduling the order, big basket team denied and said that there are no slots available for the following day. Big basket doesnt value its customers and want them to suffer for their mistakes.
For last 3 months we have been ordering from Bigbasket, but the quality of products is simply awful. We received expired yogurts, rotten vegetables, and this time we received two packs of frozen berries from Delish company that expired one months back (in November, and we received the product on December, 11th). It's so shameful, very bad experience. They simple send old expired products just to get money. Horrible company, poor service.
The payment gateway failed for 3rd time and the order automatically converts into COD. The order got placed without a payment gateway. Why the heck do you provide vouchers and coupons when the payment fails all the time and converts into COD. What kind of dumb logic is that. Do you know the voucher doesn't apply later on for failed payments? Or is this a scam from BB?
This really sucks. I am done with BB. There are many good products in market..
Butter and Ice cream was delivered in melted condition. Other items not available, so I refused to accept delivery.
Their complaints help line Not Working and E mail gets Undelivered with reason Inbox full.
If they don't have proper refrigeration, why do they accept orders for butter and ice cream.
If they don't have items in stock, why don't they say so at the time of billing or sending intimation of delivery.
At your door when you ask for remaining items, you are told Not Available.
Is this some kind of a joke being played on their customers.

Every time when you get delivery some or other products are not delivered. Only, if you inform the call center, they will refund the money, but they don't want to deliver the product.If the product is in one on one offer, only one of the product is delivered and will not be intimated to you, like trying to fool the coustomer.
When u complaint to call center, always their answer is we will escalate this matter, which is not done.If they ve escalated this should not happen again. But on every delivery the same problem is repeated.Im using BB since the beginning, but I'm not happy with the service now.
I tried placing an order today and when I was about to place it, there was a surprise for me. There was a debit of Rs 40 in my order which says I placed an order in 2017 and it was plus minus for the same order for which I did pay 5 years back.
So please everyone don't place order from BB, you may get surprises later
Honest and frustrated customer
They have started to trap clients to re-buy products from BB only, The app show availability of products and they only notify you about the unavailability of products after your order is out for delivery and the money is transferred to you BB wallet. Earlier these thing never happened. You can no more rely if you are going to receive everything you ordered and can be left disappointed hours before your delivery and you have to go out looking for those products from other sources. No point in making payments to BB before delivery.
I have ordered the vegetables from the big boss thinking that the quality is good and looks same as shown in the app but it's not. The vegetables are stale and rotten. See the image uploaded for few of the vegetables
We take grocerries frequently. Recent consignments, ex ground nuts, beans etc. are not supplying fresh and found many stale and expired stuff is being packed and supplying. On customer care complaint, getting replacement with same kind of quality. Not hsppy with their quality system
I gave an order twice in this week but they cancelled twice, customer care was not connecting, people are not responding, chat options is not responding. I felt they are not responsible at least in this sensible situation. I feel they are not reliable and no proper coordination
I have ordered today 11am and my ordered delivered time is 5 pm to 8 pm but still not received and without my permission reschedule my order. Overall wrong commitment by your team management and seniors. And Friends not any order or shopping to big basket. This is fraud company.
I have booked item online and it lead to multiple orders because poor website connections, when I contacted customer care it directed me to website and asked to cancellation online and it charged me 30rs for each cancellation. Because of poor website services it is diverting to COD causing confusions and charges.
The delivery people have a habit of updating it as "delivered" as soon as the order is placed...this is worst...I ordered chicken at 8:15 and the order is updated as delivered and the delivery is made after 1.5 hrs...worst stupidest and obnoxious service...
Never go with BigBasket.
For any of the problem, instead of getting solution, their team will play with you table tennis.
When you call, they will tell you to drop mail.
When you drop mail, they will tell you to call.
But never give you any solution.
They will not delivered everything u've order. Then they will say u return the product. Deduct the variable weight charges of 20grm also.
Never available customer service.
Wasted money as well as wasted time also. Stay away..
