My experience with a big basket was fantastic, I buy veggies regularly from a big basket and I have to say they have very fresh fruits and vegetables. And mostly saying that I don't have to be in a que or have to go buying vegetables from the shop, BigBasket has proved to be everything I wanted in an online supermarket for me. Helpline providers are always able to assist you with any kind of query.
My orders don't get delivered in the delivery slot booked by me and get cancelled by them without informing me. They lie blatantly and give frivolous excuses like not allowed inside by security and my number was not reachable which are both shear lies. On raising the issue with customer care only shallow promises are made and no action is taken to resolve the issues. This is not a one time experience. I have gone through this hassle multiple times over the last two years. Pathetic level of services and heights of unprofessionalism! They should just shut shop as they don't value their customer's time.
This party is out to cheat peaple. The past four months I have ordered 4 times from this party. Low value orders are promptly delivered. High value orders are cancelled after payment is made. They do not refund the amount. Last order was placed on 7. 4. 2020 with advance payment. On the 8-4-2020 they inform that the order is cancelled and amount paid has been credited to my wallet. I request them to refund the amount so as to make alternate arrangement. Till date refund has not been received. Remiders are not answered. I would strongly recommend to avoid this party.

If you order 1 kg chicken, they say that its 1.2 KG since you dont have a weighing scale and even if you have might not be able to return the product so you will be charged difference amount in debit in your account. Its lockdown and you dont have choice. So if shops are open till 11 please buy it from there, udhar bhi chor hai but smaller chor.
I purchased 24 quail eggs not even one egg was good, all were spoiled. Pls do not buy anything from big basket better to buy from local shop where we can get fresh and good products...
I download bigbasket app around 40bdays befor and i try to purchase some product after so much difficulty delivery slot for me that is impossible if not take bb membership for 3 month for this i paid 299 rs. After this also not plan delivery on my address also my membership money not return to my ac its cradited to my bb wallet and that is unise as i mention earlier. Without bb membership u not got delivery slot. So in direct my 299 is block by bb..
Now a days big basket is standing to its name at all. I order vegetables from it they were not at all good and few items were also missing. There is no one to even help you out.
I have made an order at 3:30pm and got the slot for 7pm to 9pm. At 9pm they canceled my order and didn't even inform me.I never saw any site canceling the order without informing the customer.They are the worst ppl Don't use there service if you want your order to be deliver.
I placed the order in big basket for the very first time and it has been a terrible mistake. My order was supposed to be delivered today at 2.30 to 4.30 pm but I requested the customer service to please prepone the order. They said that it's not possible but they confirm that the order will reach to me at the mentioned time. Then I get a call at 2:00 pm around which is almost the time of the delivery time I should receive my orders at and they tell me that the order can't be delivered today and it is rescheduled for tomorrow. I requested them that I have an event at my house so please extend the timing but I need it today but they said it's not possible today and will be done tomorrow. So as far as the reviews go. A big No to whoever is preferring to order from big basket to get their products delivered on time and put faith in them that they'll deliver your order to you within the mentioned time as promised, they don't.
This is the very first time I ordered from big basket. Instead of getting a preference or discount for a first customer, they inform you at the very end that it's gonna be delivered tomorrow. Let alone I'm doubting the products that will reach me tomorrow. I hope it's worth the wait. It makes me furious that I had an event and I trusted big basket. I thought I have confirmed with the customer service and they have promised to deliver it on time so it should be fine but then at the time of delivery this happens. My day has been messed up already.

The delivery guy as he dint have change he said he will add in my wallet which actulaly could be used in the next order.
Next 2 orders the issues was clarified and my 200 ra was not used after some diacussions and arguments they confirned they are adding 97 rs in my wallet I was still comprimiaes atleadt half of my money would be of use.
Just to avail that amount I have ordered through bigbasket and again the same old story... wallet is zero
They are not really interested in services just texting an thanking is all what they do.
Its such a useless service my time nd money is gone and prices are high comparatively.
Any ways I dont want to be lazy to pay delivery charges and tonloose my money as well.

They miss many of your orders. They take payment in advance and will not deliver on the promised time slot, they deliver whenever they feel and are in mood to deliver, disgusting isn't it? You plan your day assuming you will have the products you need but in the last minute you learn that they are not delivering as promised. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. NEVER PROMISE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO KEEP UP THE PROMISE. I hoped to get better service after Tata acquired big basket, but it's going from bad to worst. Did not expect this from Tata company.
The quality of vegetables and fruits that bb sends is of a very poor quality. Looks very fresh on the app when you order but what reaches home is pathetic.
Why this company is forcing every one to eat Halal meat? Does food has some religion? Can you dare to say every food grain is already offered to village deities?
I ordered a packet of strawberry. To my disbelief, the packet had an MRP of Rs. 50 whereas I was charged Rs. 200. They cheat by charging more than the MRP
Accepting the order prior 3 days Order No:EXN*******008 &******* and showing order accepted and on the same day the item is out of delivery. Again shows on the same hours that its cancelled - backend auto canceled someone or miss managed or just non committed show. Cannot be at all trusted and that I am surprised with the name associated as TATA. While writing this I feel I am disrespecting RATAN JI tata sir which I feel ashamed of. But the entire process and delivery management is a mess and full of non commitment…

I downloaded big basket app during April 2020 with a great hope they deliver vegetables and groceries during the lock down period but to my surprise they app most of the time says all slots are full. But i was lucky few times and got delivery when the slots were open. Initially they supplied all item ordered when the lock down was more stringent but later last three orders some item were not supplied citing it is not available at the time of packing and the amount paid is credited in my wallet forcing me to buy again and again with them. Most of the online apps will refund the amount if the items are not available but not with this company. I feel it is unfair trad practice to forcing the customer to continue buying with them. As many customers are pointing out in their reviews the quality of Vegetables and fruits are not having good keeping quality and their policy of return is within two days after delivery and it is impossible to cut and use them within this period.so I am not satisfied with the quality and trade practice.
I placed an order yesterday, money got deducted from my account but the payment status showed pending. I spoke to my bank and they confirm that merchant has received the amount and gave the transaction I'd. I spoke to bigbasket customer care executive POOJA. She confirmed that payment is received and she will update the status and convey the message to delivery boy. However the delivery boy collects the cash. She along with the delivery boy have some wrong intentions or they are so careless and useless for which I had to pay twice for the same. When I complained about her to the other customer care executive VIJENDAR he blocked my number.

My college friends refered big basket site. So I ordered some grocery items from it. They given some discount on the itmes. & delivered within few hours.
Our Experience with BB Daily:- Dear Mr Suresh
I have subscribed for 2 packets of Warna cow milk. Today I didn't receive milk, however the status was marked as "Delivered". On complaining, the refund has been credited to my wallet however status is still marked as "Delivered".
On 11th October also, the day of Maharashtra Bandh, milk was not supplied and refund was credited. Today I was shocked to see that on 13th again the money has been debited (screenshot enclosed) and status for 11th also is still marked as "Delivered". (screenshot enclosed).
It's not an isolated incident and I have noticed similar things in past as well that milk is not supplied, but the status is marked as "Delivered". On complaining refund gets credited and few days later again debit is made silently.
I have complained of these unethical practices in the past and regret to say BB Daily hasn't taken any action.
The only option left to me is to stop availing business with BB Daily and alerting my friends also
