Cancelling orders at last moment of delivery. Worst. Better switch off ur app. U r unnecessarily making people wait for their orders.

1. I had ordered amul taza x 6 pouches for 11 Apr 2020 but the same was not delivered. Pls refund amount. The BB team is refusing to refund.

They are taking prepaid orders and block the money by cancelling the orders. They give refund the amount in wallet but customer cant utilise that as they r not taking order anymore. Fraud company.

No doorstep delivery. Delivery boys refuse doorstep delivery and call at Gate to collect items. What's the point of going for home delivery?

We are putting request and Bigbasket cancelling order continuously, If they are not able to run there services at least in metro city then they should shutdown there nonsense service.
After cancelling order not returning to main account and returning in their wallet so ultimately the money is stuck towards these useless service Bigbasket.
The promoting ambassador is nonsense then what we can expect.

I gave an order twice in this week but they cancelled twice, customer care was not connecting, people are not responding, chat options is not responding. I felt they are not responsible at least in this sensible situation. I feel they are not reliable and no proper coordination

It's a big big NO from my side on ordering veggies and fruits from Bigbasket. The green were all yellow and smelly, fruits were raw with no taste. Never ever in my life have seen a whitish pink beetroot from inside. What a waste. Had to throw everything out. Even the tomatoes were plastic. I won't suggest anyone to expect fresh veggies from there.

Accepted Order, Taken payment, given delivery slot after 4 days, accepted by the client, still failed to deliver the product. Very poor service, No consideration of the client time, & money. B B not able to maintain self-commitment.

I have ordered vegetables 3 times and the quality is not at all good and we can say worst and even though after receiving complaints, they are not charging their quality procedures. Just removed the app from my mobile.

Each time I order they don't deliver it on the slot mentioned and deliver it after two days of constant follow up with them and then ending up talking to a manager, M i getting my products for free? I am paying for all of them and still have to experience worst customer, who have no idea what they are doing, I m really getting fed up now and I have to look for a different groceries site online.

They are a bunch of crooks who have found new ways of enticing people to join their group so that they can market it to the world saying that more and more people are joining them. This is to inform all that please do not believe this group as they cancel and deliver orders at their whims and fancies.

@bigbasket_com they cheat you with bank coupon codes. This is promotional tricks that they do not fulfil as promised.
