Would give 0 stars if I could.
I bought an AC from this website and I got an email a week later that I was being refunded because of the manufacturer was going to delayed in delivering the AC unit. I never got my refund and it's been over a month. Called multiple times and never got an answer to my voicemails or an answer in general. Emailed multiple times. Messaged them through their website and refund form. NO ANSWER. Got scammed out of $150. Utterly disappointing and disheartening. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don't waste your time with bigbigmart.com I ordered a portable car battery charger from them, to only have my money refunded after 8 days of silence. Yes, the selling price was the best on the market, but as it often happens it was too good to be true. The retailer does not have an option to pay with PayPal. My only hope that my credit card information wasn't stolen from me in the process.

Love this rack! We use it for my husband's work uniforms and boot so he has more room in his closet. I actually just ordered another one to use for hanging my shirts to dry. It's super easy to put together.

Love this set! I bought the service for eight and it's worked out great. The speckles are pretty faint (I tried to get a picture up close) so unless you're looking closely, they do look like mostly beige, but regardless I think they're great. Good weight to them, love the ceramic feel. Highly recommend!

Wow this was a lot nicer than I expected. Solid hard plastic liner - looks like it's a flower pot almost - and a quality woven thick wicker base and lid. The lid stays secure with a drop down small rim-guide, and the wicker is thick enough that you don't see through any of the weave - which is different than many cheaper baskets. Looks great and high quality.

Quite impressed so far the only hardware necessary to assemble was acorn nuts. The screws were simply the metal that had been threaded and 4 wheels. The drawers are easy to assemble to disassemble so if we ever wanted to store it completely collapses but as assembled seems very sturdy. Only issue is no stops on back which can be good if you want access from either side. Removable stops would be helpful to allow drawers to be kept from going back beyond unit.

The instructions are simple. The box snaps together and only a dozen or so screws are required to complete the project. Love that the top can be used for extra seating. We are able to store 4 sets of chair cushions and two pillows for the outdoor seating we have.

This is the best, and the sturdiest card table ever! I will be using it as a craft/puzzle table. It is perfect size. Easy to wipe down and I can use it outside too! I love it! The only thing is when I put each side of the legs up only one leg on each side latched(see pics) I really had to use some muscle to get the other two to latch but they finally did, however, I am still trying to figure out how to get them to fold back down! Anyone have any ideas? I would actually buy another one of these for outside if I can figure out how to get the legs down that way if will be easy to store in shed. Buy it you will not be sorry! I will never buy a card table again after getting this table. I may need someone stronger to help me get the legs down the first time or two but after that it should be fine. Great find!

Its a great set. Not too much I don't need,durable, and hood looking. The only flaw is the heat doesn't seem to be even. But its still new so I'm trying to get that it right. It might be me.

This rack was great. The pieces are all well polished and well built, and adding a couple modular pieces alongside it, it has been a great kitchen pantry for a kitchen without any.

Just a little light kids could push it easily, but overall good material, easy to assemble and great price for it..

They seem decently stable I just don't know if they're gonna be able to handle the way that they said in the description. It works for me.
