Site cannot be trusted, it allows people to upload stock images from Unsplash or Pexels. That do not belong to the seller, they are also part of Shutterstock so one company. As while trying to get Bigstock and Shutterstock to remove an image Shutterstock replied to there`s as well, i sent proof of ownership but still took threats of legal action for them to remove them. So inturn they allow people to sell images that do not belong to them, to people that inturn sell on products without genuine rights to do so.
Tip for consumers:
I would not use, but if you do ensure any pictures you upload you took yourself.

Cannot be trusted so i wouldn`t
Oh Big Stock. You've screwed me over, just like you did so many other people here. I sincerely hope that the money you steal from customers at least go to the photographers and artists.
To compare you to, say, Adobe:
I signed up for a free Spark Post trial right when I signed up with you for the same. I managed to cancel my Adobe subscription today, within a minute of setting out to do so, and wasn't charged. The free trial conditions are the same, except for the fact that they honour their agreement, and you didn't.
I've set up a dispute via Monzo, the card associated with this account. I expect a refund within 7-8 days.
In some similar reviews' responses, I saw that you quoted some small print BS that's apparently beneath the "Start Downloading" button about credit cards being charged 3 days before your renewal date. Firstly, where is this elusive info that none of us saw? The info that you focus on propagating is "Cancel any time". Secondly, if, in fact, you did place that info at 8px somewhere on your site, then the "1 week free trial" isn't quite a week, is it? It's more like a "4 day free trial, and you can download 3 days still after canceling".
I hope you're proud. Amazing that so many people experience the same thing, but all you can say is you'd "clarify" things, not fix them. $79 is a LOT of money for some people, especially the ones who sign up for free trials - they usually need that money. People need refunds, not clarifications/explanations.
Just to repeat my direct messages to you: I did try to cancel since yesterday, but the site bugged out on me.
Update on my previous post. After few mails with their support they would give me refund now and never again in future.
