“This site is a fraud!”

This site is a fraud! No communication what so ever by email or telephone. They take your order debit your credit card and wait ten days to contact you to tell you that your item is not available. The site has "We treat people the way we want to be treated" at the top of the page... well, I want to be treated better than that! I lost $100 dollars to them. And, Paypal takes payments for these people.
