This is my experiences with Biletwise. Initialy posted on Trustpilot. I just want to reach so many of you, as possible.

I've recently purchased 3 Tickets for Adele shows in Munich. It was promissed, that i will get them latest 8 Hours prior the show, that was not the case. Tickets came less, than 2 hours prior the show, and there was no chance for me and my friends to get to the Venue on time. Maybe it is expected, that buyiers should get to the venue and wait for the last minute delivery at the Gate? It really doesnt make sence. Customer service offers no solution to the problem. The only answer is "you had your tickets sucsessfuly delivered to you". Now i have to pay couple of hundreds Euros, for a useles screenshots of a useless Ticket. So my advice, if you want the tickets for a sold out event, look somewhere else.

UPDATE FROM 29.08.:
This is the example of their "customer service" after I've send several e-mails, trying to resolve the situation and informing them, that i will be filing for a charge back, as they clearly failed to deliver the tickets 8 hours prior the show, as was promissed in e-mail.
"As we stated, your tickets have been delivered to you. Whether you are there at the event time is not our problem. We said your ticket would be delivered to you and it was. If you make a chargeback, a counter-objection will be made and a fine of 1000 Euros will be imposed on you by VISA/MASTERCARD"

My answer to this:

"Dear Biletwise Team,
Your threat of a €1000 fine for filing a chargeback is not only baseless but also a clear intimidation tactic. As a customer, I have every right to seek a chargeback when a service is not delivered as promised, and neither Visa nor Mastercard imposes fines on customers for exercising this right. Such threats are unprofessional and do not change the fact that you failed to meet your contractual obligation. I urge you to address this situation properly rather than resorting to scare tactics"

So, not only they not deliver, what is promissed, but deploying "scare" tactics. WOW. Avoid at all cost!

UPDATE2(i know, its getting long):
After several more emails, Biletwise informed me that they do not care if I attended the event or not and threatened to fine me for making "false claims." It's remarkable that they fail to acknowledge their own commitment to deliver the tickets 8 hours prior to the show—a promise they clearly did not keep.

To add to the frustration, they have now stated that no further responses will be given, leaving the issue unresolved. Their approach to handling this situation, including their unprofessional threats and refusal to address the real problem, is deeply disappointing.

In summary, Biletwise has not only failed to meet their promise of timely delivery but has also employed scare tactics instead of providing genuine customer support. My advice: If you value reliable service and effective customer support, look elsewhere. AVOID(!) Biletwise to save yourself from similar issues and undue stress. There are more trustworthy alternatives out there, than this unprofessional mess!
