Integrations will kill you and the customer service people are condescending, they assume to know the problem from past files until they realize that each case is different.

Stole my money

They failed to mail payment to me

This organization failed to mail payment to me by not including my whole address which was in their system when I signed up. They try not to talk to anyone and hides their phone number so you can't call them. When I called them they directed me to the website to talk to the live chat and they took days to respond to me. They will not give good support, they will not own their mistakes. They will not do what is right when they recognize they messed up but only give you canned responses. So now I have done work for a company and have not gotten paid for it and it has been 6/15 through today and they hardly respond to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

Incompetent

Bill.com is the worst they're incompetent. They don't do what they say they don't know what they're doing don't use them they'll lose your money or I will take forever for you to get it

Horrible customer service!

If I can leave negative stars, I will!

I implemented Bill.com in the past at my old company, PO didn't sync to Bill.com constantly from our ERP system, so bills can't be paid out of Bill.com for all POs. So it only does half of the job from there. Now I am with my new company, they are using Bill.com as well, again, the bills are not syncing back to our ERP since Jan 2022, I mean no bills can be posted to our ERP system. Our people has reached out so many time, nothing happened, no resolution. I came onboard, first thing is connecting with Bill.com customer service to tell them the issue, I was promised that they will call me. They got my contact info and everything, also give me a timeline (which they said "next week"), now it's mid week, no calls, no follow ups, didn't leave any phone number or anything for me to call or email. Nothing! I have never seen such a bad system and customer service, we will switch to something else sooner than later.

My suggestion is STAY AWAY FROM BILL.COM, I don't know how they survive this market, how can they even get any customers, one thing for sure, if they kept operating like this, it's a recipe for disaster.

Swap a bank account and the all nightmare began a loop of sending documents to them to prove that steel being me, so I can claim the money that I work for and they hold it with just an excuse of verifying it was me.You have to deal with their stupid chat to get any respond from them because they just simple hide behind a chat and freeze your money. If you lucky and got a hold of them then the game begins after sending the documents that they required, you have to keep being on top of the situation because they never reach you back let it you know that they have what they ask for and they never tells you how long it will take for you to get the money into your account it feels like you begin for what is yours. From 3 documents send with the same address and name on it they disagree with one of them because it was old is a playing game just to hold your funds. Is our money not them they just hold your money as much as they can to make profit from it this should be completely illegal and companies like this should never exist in a rational world.

Unsolicited email

I really don't encourage doing business with a company that sends out unsolicited email that does not have a highlighted "UNSUBSCRIBE" link and that makes you type in your email address to unsubscribe. A business that is so discourteous does not deserve further patronage.

Horrible

Horrible customer service

I have logged into the app numerous times and clicked on support. I get the same failed message. I logged in via computer and sat on chat 6 different times and was unable to talk to a live person. I received an email saying sorry I missed you on chat, can I help here. I stated my concern and question and asked for a call back. I received an automated message with a case number and assured a call back as soon as possible. I have never gotten it. I did the same thing again and again received another case number and still no call. I have replied numerous times to the automated message asking for a live person to contact me. It has been over 3 weeks now and have not gotten a reply or email. Logged onto app today and clicked on support and still the same thing. My invoices to get paid are still sitting there snd the company I invoiced said it was bill.com. I will never do work for a company again that uses them. They have zero customer service and are piss poor! I wish I could give them a negative rating

Bad for payment

Got invite by CA rent relief, set up my account and it was canceled and disabled, I don't know why that is. They canceled an account that has never received any payment, they are terrible

This company doesn't respect you as a human. They take you for granted and have no courtesy to apologize for their mistakes and fix them. I have been doing business with them for about 6 months. I had to reset my password last month and had got locked out of my account. I tried to reset my password multiple times but I wouldn't get an email with the link to reset my password. I had my money in there and I was not able to talk to anyone to resolve this issue. The only way to communicate with them is through the chat Bot online and the person on the other side has no idea how their own website works. After escalating the issue for 5 days I get a call from a person and they told me there is a technical issue at their end. After 10 days of back and forth emails the customer service agent called be and told that they will release the money while still trying to fix the account log in. It has been 6 days since I was told that and have not received the payment into my account. Today I received an email saying that the payment was deposited into my account which is not true. It has been 17 days since I got locked out of my account and I have been treated very bad by this company. I am not confident that I will receive the payment from this company.

Terrible company

I had invoices set up and ready to be sent out only to be GRILLED OVER AND OVER for verification of MYSELF to pay bills? Not receiving but to PAY? Harassed because the documents I sent were screen shots? Closed account taking my buisness elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation.

This app and any other apps like it only work for the companies that want to delay payments and to try to get you to lower prices do not get talked into using this app especially bill, com they suck big time it is not a way to get paid faster only a way to delay and manipulate your money and bill.com will use your money and delay it for their own beneficial use BAD AND WORST

This is the WORST company! We are forced to use it as some of our clients pay us via Bill.com. You can NEVER reach ANYONE for assistance. They have a lot of buttons that say "Customer Support" and "Contact Us" but they are all useless. All it does it send you into a loop that eventually, after much time and hassle, dumps you back to the beginning. The website also says that they pay you by emailing you virtual credit cards...they DO NOT. Instead, I get a phone call from someone in a different time zone who wants to give me a credit card number verbally (HUGE change for a screw up by one of us). Good luck if you don't answer. They do NOT leave a voicemail so you just have to wait and hope they will call you again. I have learned that when I see the phone number, I need to drop everything to take it so I can get paid. Currently they called twice last week and I was not available either time. Now they have almost $10,000 of my money that they have already collected from their client (MY customer) and no longer call to try to pay it. I have no way to get a hold of them...been trying everything for days! WORST COMPANY EVER!

After receiving an offer to 'finance' outstanding invoices, I was enticed by the promise of a 3% total cost for a 60-day period, with the possibility of extending the financing for an additional 10 months (for an additional fee). Eager to access funds, I decided to finance an invoice worth $17,160.00. Within 24 hours, Bill deposited $16,645.20 (97% of the invoice amount) into my account.

However, when the customer paid their $17,160 invoice four days later, instead of the funds being deposited into my checking account as I expected, Bill chose to retire the loan and retain my $514.80 fee for the 4 day advance period. This unexpected turn of events resulted in an effective interest rate of a staggering 273.75%. It was clear that this arrangement was far from what I had initially understood, and the financial impact was outrageously high.

Frustratingly, my attempts to resolve this issue through customer service were in vain, as I spoke with three agents who provided no satisfactory solutions. To anyone contemplating using Bill's services, I strongly urge you to carefully scrutinize the fine print and consider opting for a more reputable finance company. My company set up an account with mail.com because one of our contractors wanted to pay us through bill.com. The proper steps were followed. Which contained uploading company documents, personal ID, bank statements, etc. The money was taken out of the contractors bank account on a Thursday and should've hit my account on Tuesday. Tuesday came in the money was not in my account. The only way to reach buill.com is through their website on a chat. You cannot talk to a real person and the people on the chat are not able to help you. They just send the request on to another department. It has been well over a week since they were supposed to put the funds in my account. The funds are still not in my account. My bank does not show any attempt to put the funds in my account. And the customer service representatives keep telling me that it's in my account. One representative told me that it was delayed because of a change on my account no such change has been made. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. We are a small company and times are tough. This has put a tremendous amount of strain on the business and is threatening to put us out in business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from bill.com

FOR A GOV BASED FUNDING ORGANIZATION, IT SEEMS KIND OF NEFARIOUS TO USE SUCH AN AWFUL CO WITH AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, IN FACT THERE ISNT ANY SUPPORT... NO NUMBER NO CHAT! WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS THE US GOV IS EXPERIENCING SUCH AS IDME WITH EDD, NOW THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING WITH THE RENT RELIEF. BILL.COM HAS BEEN SITTING ON MY RENT RELEIF MONEY FOR 2 WEEKS NOW. IF THEY HAVE MY MONEY, YOUR MONEY, THEN SOMEONE IS COLLECTING A NICE AMOUNT OF INTEREST DONT YA THINK. NO WONDER THERES NO NUMBER!

They operate in a completely nonsensical and backwards way (example: you can use instant transfer on a basic account. If you upgrade your account that feature apparently goes away and if you downgrade back to a basic account that feature STAYS gone and apparently there is NOTHING that they can/will do to fix it). The customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of other than chat and the chat representatives seem to have NO power to actually help do anything.
