What a horrendous horrible company will never use them again, a cowboy company at best, items delivered damaged and incomplete, customer service with a so what attitude, had to fight to talk to a manager, when I did he was the most rude Nasty man ever! He spoke over me, shouted, name called, an hour later I am left with half a shed, no refund, no replacement, no resolution and totally shaken by their abuse. I left my views on Facebook and they sent me a computer generated message saying they will be in touch, again nothing. So I replied to their message and I got a identical computer generated message.

Email saying that despite the website stating they guarantee delivery by a certain date their T&C's state that they don't have to comply with this so basically it is tough and their staff had a tough day and they are human! Seriously!
Unfortunately I'm another unhappy and out pocket customer who sadly purchase BillyOh products. It been 3 months now between seller, myself and amazon to send all purchase back. Seller always refused to refund because I reported missing and damaged parts after 30 days when I had time for it and I didn't expect it to be bend, cracked, wrong sizes or missing parts. Amazon authorised to send back for a full refund plus any fee paid by me to send it back. Who can afford pay over £1000 to send back a bulk item weigh over 500kg after spend over £1600 on the summer house? Not many people this days have £1000 spared in the bank.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that any goods purchased from a trader should be of satisfactory quality and therefore free from defect and as it was delivered to the customer it is up to the seller to have it collected or pay the costs of return postage. The consumer should not be put out of pocket for faulty goods.
So it been a nightmare with all that storage in the garage occupying all of it.
Seller keep saying it already passed over 30 days so they not accept it back or collect it from me to full refund. They only did offer parts replacement or partial refund as a gesture of good will. I asked for the replacement parts and over a week nothing decided when it would be sent so I asked a friend joiner to sort these and finish the summer house. Seller refuse to refund these even they would spend lots more with delivery etc so I ended up having extra £200 on top of the summer house costings and in the end the joiner told me the quality of the wood are very concerning how it will be standing after a strong windy day or heavy rains.
Trader standers already been contacted because sellers like these shouldn't been in the market rip off their customers with products with falsely items discrived, poor quality, wrong sizes sent, missing parts etc.
Other thing, the PDF instructions they sent you will need a degree to find the parts and how to put it together as the parts didn't come with numbers or letters etc. Read all company products reviews in their amazon page and Google other reviews online before purchasing it.
Just one word of advice for all future buyers. AVOID.
